I’ve had this camera for a very long time now and I’d say I recommend this for people who need a simple webcam.The main pros I’d say is the autofocus and the software feature. The autofocus is really good and it focuses really fast. Sometimes, there will be an issue with it not focusing but I’d fix it by doing the classic item in front of the hand. There is also a software for this camera called the eMeetLink and it works pretty well and you can adjust other settings for the camera. The camera fits pretty well on my monitor, the cable is long so I wrap it around. I also like that I can adjust it down to face my table for table cams when I’m building keyboards.Now to the cons, I would say is you cannot zoom and the camera may stop working properly but I’ll explain that in a bit. So as good as this camera is for its price, you can’t zoom in and out. So, if you need it for things like Twitch or you don’t want to show your entire room, probably should get a green screen or pick a good spot to use this camera. You can probably use some software to crop too. Now for the camera not working; when I first got it, I barely used the camera but it would glitch and the screen would go crazy even though I barely used it (1-2 times to test it). And no matter how much I disconnected the camera and deleted the software, it would still glitch and not work properly. I even contacted support and they weren’t really much help but I figured out the problem on my own late. I basically had to update the software I believe or the camera because there’s updates and after updating the camera on the software it literally fixed the issue. Ever since then I was able to stream on twitch with this camera and to my friends on Discord with no problem.As for the microphone I have no clue how it sounds but be sure you disable the camera mic (if you don’t need it) in sound settings on windows (search this up separately) because fortunately, I tested this webcam with a friend before streaming and the sound was automatically on somehow and I thought it was only my mic that people could hear. I muted my mic but the webcam mic was still on.     Very easy to install, with our Mac mini’s, we plugged it in and FaceTime worked. The autofocus works well and the camera is a camera. It doesn’t follow you like some cameras. The size is perfect, lightweight and it appears to last. My only criticism, is that it doesn’t adjust lighting so the autofocus (the person) is bright. If you don’t have proper lighting it won’t adjust.

    I've purchased this about 7months ago. It's application was replacement of my work-provided 720P Microsoft camera. Compared to a few of my co-workers, I thought my presence during Microsoft Teams meetings wasnt so good (but compareable to everyone else). Shadows in my office, darker image, fuzzier image. Then it clicked. The company provided cameras are old, and poor quality to 2024/2025 standards.

    I picked this camera up; no drivers, no drama, no required settings customizations (although you can tune it for even better result). Simply plugged it, threw out the old 720p camera and instantly I was in better focus, and my surroundings were much more bright and sharp. Now, 'my' image on those teams meetings is visibly superior. Several co-works later commented 'why do you look better on teams'. I told them.

    Our central IT dept has not noticed (or cared) that I may be using non-standard equipment; but I suspect they are well aware of those old legacy cameras… Anyways… Great upgrade, inexpensive. I'm sure there are even better cameras out there, but for an office-drone like me… ITS GREAT!

    I can’t give this enough stars! I use my laptop for zoom but I have a monitor I look at that the laptop is connected too , so when I used zoom with my laptop camera and looked at my monitor you could use see the side of my face in zoom.

    I only have usb c option on the side of my laptop to plug this in, so I did have to buy an adapter from USB A female to USB C, however they came at the same time and it was the easiest plug and play. It sits atop my monitor perfectly and has a privacy tool you can use. It sounds great and the video is flawless!

    This is an excellent webcam for the price. I bought it for streaming and have been happy with the video quality overall. It has a sharp image if you have good lighting and comes with a privacy door to put over the camera when not in use.

    I don't use the microphone on it so I'm unsure about the quality of the mic but I'm happy with everything else. If you're looking for a webcam with decent results that won't cost an arm and a leg this is a great place to start. I watched some videos on YouTube to get a feel for what the video might look like for myself.

    The build quality seems to be relatively sturdy. It doesn't feel cheap even though it wasnt expensive.
