    I'm super happy to review this item, because we are in LOVE!

    I chose this electric blanket for the pull out soft in the living room where we are often chilly. I ordered this and another brand so I could compare and choose the better one.

    I highly recommend this gorgeous electric blanket! It looks beautiful, with a velvety top layer that features a kind of "carved" design in an attractive striped pattern. This design hides the wires underneath for a very luxe and smooth finish (some electric blankets have such rigid cords that they look lumpy, but this does not!).

    The heat works great, with five settings that really cover a range of temperatures. I especially like that the controller features slightly different colors for each level, making it easy to tell what setting I'm using even in the dark.

    We ordered this in size Full and are very happy with how it covers what we need it to.

    Oh, and the fleece side is super soft and cozy! Our little dog is also obsessed with this cozy blanket…two paws up!

    My chihuahua and I love it. Only problem is the heat doesnt seem distributed across the entire blanket. Hot spots and takes a while to heat up. Its doable for the price though so its a 4.5 rating. Fix the heat situation and it would be perfect.

    I was skeptical at first when I opened this. It came vacuum sealed in its own box. So out of the package the heating elements in the blanket were a little bent, and the fleece/sherpa felt thin, although very soft. I kind of thought it wasn’t going to be that great. But I gently shook out the blanket, smoothed it a bit and put it on the bed, plugged it in and turned it on. Ya’ll! This blanket gives the gentlest, comforting heat I have ever experienced with a heating blanket. I did purchase just the twin size, as I wanted something bigger than a throw but not so big as to hang way over the bed and it’s perfect for my needs. The purple color is very pretty, too. And I put it on the bed straight away because there was absolutely zero smells or odor. The heating levels are perfect for me. Last night I set it to 4 to warm up the bed, it was not at all too hot. And once I got in to bed I turned it down to 1. It is just so comfortable, and I hope this gives me many years of use. I’m happy with this purchase and the price point is reasonable.
