Updated Review 1/9/2023 – I received the replacement XOPPOX drawing tablet and tested it out to compare with the defective one I received. I am happy to report it worked great and I did not experience the same issues I had with the first tablet I received.
I gave the company 5 stars on my rating which started as a 1 because they proved they have integrity and honor and a desire to make things right! Their product is great and works perfect for what my needs are.
Thank you XOPPOX for making the efforts with me to make things right and send me a new tablet! They contacted me and worked with me to set things right and replace the defective unit. I regret that it did not dawn on me to contact the company directly to resolve the issues I was having with the original tablet I had received. I do recommend them as they have superb customer service and a desire to resolve any issues which may arise with their product. That speaks volumes as a lot of companies these days have forgotten the importance of customer service!

Updated Review 12/28/22 – I will say the company does get 5 stars for Customer Service! Although I was able to get Amazon to allow me to return the tablet and get refunded, I never reached out to the company itself for help, which I should have. They saw my review, contacted me to see what they could do to help with the problems I was having and after discussing the issues thoroughly, despite my having returned the tablet which we determined was defective, they are sending me a new tablet to replace the defective one. They were persistent in pursuing a resolution for me and I do appreciate that. Once I receive the tablet, I will try it out and then amend my review according to how it performs.

I'd return this if I could! Countless issues – pen not working in 1" screen area across entire screen (had to move image around to avoid the area), sometimes pen is not accurate and touch screen???? – well that does not even work!! Then the cords fall out all the time and you have to replug them back in! Oh and the other day got this 2" pixelated color mix on the bottom of the screen (see image) so I am sure that's a sign the screen is going to go! So many issues, but it did help me get a coloring book drawn and designed so it wasn't completely worthless. Very sad that I cannot return it for a refund as I already went and bought a new stand alone drawing tablet that will work better for me. Would love a refund though for this one. I will say support was helpful when the pen completely quit working – turned out the cord was the issue, it wasn't full unplugged but enough that the pen would not work! If you can work around the glitches and cords falling out, it works great when it works! I would like my money back however, guess I will just have to sell it used.

I use the drawing tablet with screen to connect to my laptop during web conferences and online meetings for work. I would write down ideas or quick sketch ideas that I had. It's got a big lamenting screen with high resolution. Very easy to use. The stylus pen is feels natural in my hand and has worked accurately. There is a freestyle stand, it has 8 angles adjusted and provides you a more comfortable gesture. It's super light and easy to carry it around for work to my home in my work bag. I have bought other brands of drawing displays before, but compared to old brands, I would prefer xoppox's drawing tablet. Great buy for the price and quality of the product.
