I own a ton of Divoom products, so I'm very familiar with their stuff. This, by far, is the prettiest and coolest item they've released. The screen is very vivid and clear, not to mention LARGE. The brightness and RGB lighting are fully customizable, and the combinations of watch faces you can do are insane. There's also a good selection of tools included, such as a scoreboard, timer, and alarm clock. You can even have it display your pictures like a picture frame (there's 64GB of onboard storage, although I don't see any means to add more). One downside – it comes with a USB cable, but not a plug. You'll need at least a 10V adapter if you want to go that route.
Seriously, pictures do not do it justice. If you get any Divoom product, get this one.

I got this for my retail shop as a counter top device to display product info and pictures to customers in an eye catching way. It is definitely eye catching. Reminds me of my old obnoxious Nickelodeon alarm clock (if you know, you know).
Note: There is no onboard battery, it must be connected to a 2A USB-C power source. Comes with USB-A to USB-C cable but no power adapter.
There’s a lot to like about it, overall design is solid, knobs feel quality, feels well put together. Very much inline with other Divoom products. The screen is both very impressive and slightly disappointing. The images look great, very high resolution and the depth is a really cool eye catching effect. For all these reasons I love it.
However, the screen is slightly on the dim side and screen glares easily, don’t expect the images to be as well lit as a modern smartphone or pc monitor. It’s still serviceable but the pictures are a little misleading. For this reason I’d recommend to use it in a darker room but even this has a problem.
Notice how they never show the back of the device? It’s almost identical to the front, glass screen. But the backside is where the backlight is so you basically have a giant flashlight on the back of this device which can ruin the ambiance of a darker room. The backlight puts out much more light behind the device than the forward facing screen does. The pics attached illustrate this as well as how easily it glares. I suppose you could cover the back with something but then you lose a bit of the 3D effect that is the selling point.
It’s a really impressive 3D floating effect, the 64gig of onboard storage is nice. Can play video with sound. App isn’t the best but if you’ve used Divoom you are likely already familiar with it. There’s a lot of cool stuff here but the backlight just seems like a huge problem and the fact that they disguise it in all pictures shows that they recognized it too but didn’t care.
Another note: There is no way to lay this on its side due to the light strip and the knobs effectively forcing a vertical perspective. You also can’t lay it on its back due to the placement of the USB-C port.
I’d say it’s worth it for $120 or less but close to $200 is a lot to ask for this thing. For my purposes I probably should’ve just nabbed a portable monitor for cheaper. It’s a fun gimmicky eye catching toy like the rest of Divoom’s offerings and that’s totally fine. If that’s your thing you’ll get your money’s worth, just be aware of the backlight when you’re considering a location for it.

If you are a fan of gadgets you’ll probably be intrigued by this, since it looks kinda cool, but this product is a gimmick, maybe cool for kids. If you’re into pixel art then maybe this is for you, or if you’re a gamer. If you’re not in those category, this product is actually pretty terrible for what it does compared to its price, it’s overpriced, and it wasn’t very appealing to look at either. Got rid of it the first day after looking at it
