Good crisp picture when the room is evenly lit; for the price I'm satisfied. The camera seems solid with good weight. Feels quality made. I like the lens cover, just rotate to block the image. It sits well on the monitor. It has sufficient ability to rotate up/down, tilt, and rotate side to side so it can view wherever I want for normal use which is all I need. The microphone does pick up sound from the whole room. I stood back about 10 feet, and my voice was audible, and when I sit in my desk chair a couple feet away, the sound is even clearer. You can tell you are talking in a room though; it's not as if you are talking into a headset where there is no background ambient noise. But I'm happy enough with it. Only complaint is that with my desk facing an open window and when the light in my room is off, my face is quite whitewashed. If I lower the blinds most of the way, and turn on the light in the room, then the exposure looks good and the image is clear. The light exposure is way better than the previous more expensive camera I bought and had to return because my face was always bright white with a dark background, even with the blinds closed. If you sit in an evenly lit room, it looks great! (I posted three pics, one with the blinds open and light from the window shining in the room without the room's ceiling light off, the second pic is same but with the light on, the third pic is with the blinds closed most of the way and the overhead light on).

    For the price point, I expected a mid-level quality webcam, but I was completely wrong! When I opened up discord and started a video chat, I was blown away by how crisp and clear the quality was. If I'm trying to move it around and focus on certain things, it takes a minute for the auto focus to zone in on my target, but it's a pretty reasonable delay, all things considered. It also records at a decent framerate. 5 stars!

    Too much movement with focus

    I think the physical quality and even the image quality are good for the price point, but when it’s constantly trying to auto focus and you’re trying to cover business calls, I feel like it’s too distracting. I wouldn’t recommend it based on my use. It basically looks like if you’re manually adjusting the zoom on your camera every few seconds, but choppier.

    I needed a camera to use for video conferencing and Zoom. This camera was affordable and seemed to fit the bill. It was easy to install and set up. The video quality is good and the built in mic works well. I have had no complaints from conference members about audio or video quality. The built in privacy cover is nice. The camera can be covered up when not in use and the mic can be muted. I would certainly buy this again if the need arose.

    Amazon sells a lot of webcams for $20 to $30 that are really terrible. Most of those do not have autofocus, so video is never sharp. If there is autofocus, it is slow and often inaccurate. Some of the lenses and sensors on the cheap cameras and all of their microphones are sub-par so colors and contrast are washed out and the audio is muddy and dull.

    This webcam costs $40, but I think it is actually worth buying while the cheaper ones are garbage. The autofocus on this webcam is fast and accurate. Colors and contrast and exposure look natural. Picture quality is sharp and clear. The microphone is reasonably clear for voices (as long as you are close to the camera), though not nearly as good as if you get a decent external microphone, though that will cost you at least another $50.

    La confezione contiene la Webcam e un manualetto di istruzioni, solo in inglese.
    La W.C. è dotata di un cavo di collegamento abbastanza lungo (circa 2m!), non removibile (foto), terminato da un connettore USB-A 2.0.
    Realizzata in plastica nera, la W.C. si presenta come un cilindretto, arrotondato alle estremità, attorno al quale, nella parte centrale (dove è situato l’obbiettivo), è “avvolto” un elemento circolare; questo può ruotare e coprire l’obbiettivo, realizzando la protezione per la privacy.
    L’elemento cilindrico è lungo 90 mm, per un diametro di 27 mm; l’anello di protezione porta il diametro a 30 mm.
    Ai lati della protezione sono individuabili i due fori corrispondenti ai microfoni.

    Il cilindro è collegato alla base di aggancio al monitor, tramite uno snodo; sia lo snodo che la cerniera di aggancio, applicano una resistenza sufficiente per garantire un posizionamento e un orientamento stabile della W.C.

    La prima cosa che si nota, effettuato il collegamento al PC ed attivata un’applicazione in grado di attivare la videocamera, è la assenza di qualsiasi segnalazione luminosa (led) che ne indichi lo stato di connessione ed attivazione.
    Mi sembra questa una limitazione abbastanza grave; avere una indicazione del fatto che la camera sia connessa ed alimentata, o almeno che sia stata attivata è, a mio avviso, necessario in relazione alla identificazione di eventuali problemi HW (connettore, cavo o elettronica della W.C.) o SW (compatibilità con l’applicativo che utilizza la W.C., configurazione errata del S.O.).
    Inoltre, ad esempio in sessioni di videoconferenza durante le pause, è utile poter verificare rapidamente se il video è stato disattivato.

    La qualità video è buona, in relazione alla risoluzione, alla luminosità ed alla assenza di rumore rilevabile, anche in ambienti poco illuminati.
    La messa a fuoco automatica, pur con qualche incertezza, riesce alla fine a garantire una immagina nitida del soggetto inquadrato.
    Non altrettanto la qualità audio; la voce risulta ovattata e rimbombante, decisamente poco chiara (il confronto sulla la resa della voce con il microfono KLIM è impietoso).

    Complessivamente, in relazione alla assenza di qualsiasi indicazione di stato e della qualità audio mediocre e tenendo conto del costo, non contenutissimo, non è possibile assegnare più di tre stelle.
    Eventualmente consigliato a chi possiede già un microfono e non dovrà utilizzare quelli in dotazione alla Webcam.

    La qualità dell'immagine è scarsa, ma non pessima. Paragonabile a quella della fotocamera integrata in u n pc di fascia media. Non ciò che ci si aspetta quando si paga per avere una webcam esterna. Ma il vero problema che la rende completamente inutilizzabile è l'autofocus. L'immagine è continuamente sfocata…
    In pratica considerato che durante le videochiamate mi sposto poco o nulla, sarebbe molto più comodo se dovessi regolare il fuoco io manualmente che in questo modo. Proverò ancora una volta ad usarla ma credo che sarà restituita in quanto totalmente inutilizzabile!

    Out of the box, easy to install and get going. However, the contrast is a bit too strong. After some adjusting, this camera produces a great smooth picture. Used for Teams/Zoom/Google meets/Facetime, all said that the picture is clear.

    The microphone is clear enough and has some direction to it. But it does pic up a lot of the room you are in. Talking directly to it produces a clear input without being 'weak', you got some bass to your vocals. It's not going to compete with dedicated mics like blue yeti etc, but for what it is, it is very good.

    The main advantage of buying brands like Logitech is that you get the software that goes with it for easy adjusting. But you can get these fairly easily. Also, main brands may have better out of the box configs. But for the price, you can't go wrong
