    This item would not work with our hp printer. It was past the return window but they contacted me and offered to make it right. They said there was an update that would most likely fix the problem but they would give me a full refund if I wanted. I would have gone with the update but I had already purchased new cartridges because we needed the printer right away so they gave me a full refund. Excellent service!!

    This product is not genuine HP ENVY 6000 compatible. The manufacturer's instructions for clearing the "low ink" error message do not work. The manufacturer's identity is all but obscured on packaging that mirrors, but is not authentic HP. In small print, on the package, the mfgr is described as "Factory Building F09, Zunyi Comprehensive Free Trade Zone, Xinpu New District, Zunyi City, Suzhou Province 563125. Worst of all, Amazon does not stand behind this product, which it markets on its website. Amazon maintains a limited period for return. So if, like me, you stock this product, to have it on hand at the point in time that it is needed, you will be out of luck. The mfgr's packaging does not even state HP Envy compatibility. It is only Amazon's website that indicates that compatibility. If I could provide a negative star rating in order to publish this complaint, I would do so.
