Perfect watch for elders
I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the quality for this product is for the price. The functionality is as expected and its design is very modern. I got this for emergency purposes as my grandmother tends to fall due to her leg problems. Nonetheless, this product has helped us as a family be there when she needs us. The watch will alert us if she falls as which location. It is a very essential watch and we will be recommending this product to our friends and family. I loved it.

    The BT2-Z Is a great smartwatch to help senior parents and their kids keep in contact in case of parent falling, needing to be located or needing medical attention. The watch is designed to help monitor when loved ones or caretakers aren't around. My husband and I tried a different product first which wasn't helpful but this one is easy to use and offers many more functions. It came in just a couple days after I ordered it and when I had a question in regards to setting up the watch the customer service got right back to me with the solution. I'm still learning the multiple uses and I'm very satisfied with the product.

    My 1st smart watch, way too many functions, it's geared towards someone who's heavily into sports. Did not like the optional watch faces, did not like the size – it felt like I was wearing a small hockey puke on my wrist; the print on the enclosed material was hard to read for anyone with vision problems. There is an app and a website for all of the instructions if you have the time to sit and play with it all day. The highlight of the watch was the band. The band was soft & comfortable and the loose end slid under itself which was different in a good way. I returned it but not for any mechanical or workmanship issues.
