Display Partial Feeding Plans? If you’ve set up 5 valid meals (excluding 12:00AM)

1) Check if the current time is after some feeding times. This feeder only displays incomplete feeding plans per day. The meal number icon disappears once that plan is complete, and lights up again the next day.

2) If you’ve set duplicate meal times. Note that the feeder only displays one of these duplications. The other(s) will be automatically reset to 12:00 AM.

Cancel a Meal

To cancel a meal at a particular time, program it for midnight (AM 12:00). The feeder does not dispense food at this time.

In unlocked mode, simultaneously press both the Set/Save and – buttons until the machine emits a single ‘beep,’ indicating that all settings have been cleared.

It’s advertised 6-meal feeder, but why only 5 meals can be programmed?

This pet feeder automatic has 6 separate slots, but one of them is always open. Your pet can eat whenever if it approaches . Therefore, you can only program for the covered 5 slots.

How to set up 2 meals per day for 3 days?

You’re only allowed to program up to 5 meals for 1 day, not for multiple days. So long press the Set/Save button to save & exit after setting plan 2. The feeder can memorize your schedules and will repeat daily as long as it’s powered on.

My feeder opened on wrong time, what went wrong?

You can program 5 meals at most within 24 hours. If you thought you’d programed 5 meals for 2 days or more at different times, the feeder will dispense all food in time order within a day.

I set times for 5 meals, why does this automatic cat feeder wet food only show 3?

1) This feeder only displays incomplete feeding plans per day. The meal number icon disappears once that plan is complete, and lights up the next day

The panel only shows a clock icon most of the day. Is there a short?

If there’s inactivity for about 25 seconds, the dog food dispenser automatic will enter into locked mode and later only display a lock icon, which won’t affect the feeder’s functionability. You can awake it by touching 1 of these 3 buttons.
