4/24/25 This chair has been a good investment in myself and really helps my back compared to other chairs I have used in the past. The chair seems to be of good quality and materials. The chair is most definitely ergonomic especially with the adjustable arm rest. I had a few minor issues in the beginning that the company has since resolved. The company was supportive at helping me resolve the issue by sending a new chair at no additional cost. The chair is easy to put together and comes with a manual to show you how to put it together. Everything was neatly packaged and the parts were located in a carboard and plastic casing making it easy to find the right parts. The wheels glide well on the ground with hardly any resistance. I forgot to mention earlier, that this chair looks amazing for the price. I'll be looking forward to working with this company in the future. 10/10 would recommend!

    Use this as my everyday chair and so far it has been great, assembly was easy compared to the other gaming type chairs I have used in the past.     We got this chair a little over 2 years ago. This chair has been absolutely amazing the whole time we've had it! Very comfortable, adjustable, good value for the cost, and very easy to put together.

    However, after 2 years of use, it has unfortunately collapsed. I can still sit in the chair, but it will lean if i go any which way. I weight around 200 pounds, and am not very rough with it, so this is unfortunate, but this can be expected from the cost, so i'm not complaining. One of the main concerns for me, apart from the chair breaking, is the creaking. Move virtually any direction and the chair will creak, quite annoying.

    Other than this the chair is comfortable, durable, and relatively easy to move. Good chair overall, especially given the price.

    Great chair, Ours didn't last the longest, one thing we noticed it started leaning to one side. Durable but kinda flimsy. It holds well it really does I feel this chair would be better suited for a smaller female or a child. Needs more work, seat isnt the most comfortable either, Id save your money on this purchase.

    Big, Sturdy But Some Parts Challenging To Assemble

    I ordered this chair as a early Christmas gift for a family member. Our old chair was almost 10 years old and comfort has come a long way, especially for gamers. Most of the instructions were clear. I advise you to look at the pictures for assembly, particularly for the seat and the component you put underneath so the chair can move up and down.

    The one frustrating aspect was installing the left and right plastic covers for the sides of the back of the chair. One was already cracked slightly and, as I could not see the hole and the cover is not perfectly proportioned, putting the screw in took almost 20 minutes of hit-and-miss games.

    Still my family member loves the chair so far. They are 5’9 and around 275lbs and the chair is great for them. This chair is made for big and tall people so if you don’t fit those measurements, ex left to feel swallowed up. They said it’s extremely comfortable and they’re happy with it, so I’m happy. If any issues crop up, aside from the assembly one, I will update this review.

    Update: I ended up buying the chair with a footrest for myself. I’d originally bought another chair on Amazon that wound up a painful experience. My mom’s physical therapist said the chair I bought for my mom was a great choice so, despite I got one for myself and so far it’s great. The seat cushion I got to survive the other chair I inevitably returned because the cushion didn’t help minimize the pain, is not needed for this chair. It’s comfortable. I can recline, use the footrest and read while playing a movie on my computer. If anything breaks I’ll update again. But so far these two chair are one of the best purchases I’ve made on Amazon.

    Base twisted and causing chair to tilt

    update: I emailed customer service and sent photos and they immediately said they’d send a replacement. Excellent customer service!

    We got the chair on Dec. 19. Kid was super excited about it and said it was more comfortable than old chair. After less than 2 weeks of use however we noticed two of the spokes on the base are twisted slightly, and I'm not sure if it came like that or was over the past two weeks it happened. Kid is def. under the 400lb limit and now when he sits in it the chair tilts on the side of those two legs as the wheels start to twist to the side. Hoping it's just with this chair. Waiting on customer service to respond to my email.
