How to charge my phone?

Ensure that your phone supports wireless charging. Connect the included USB cable to the charging port at the bottom of the cradle. Plug the other end into the provided car charger, then insert the car charger into your vehicle’s cigarette lighter.

Can a phone case affect charging?

Avoid using phone cases thicker than 2.0 mm or with metal plates attached, as these can interfere with charging efficiency.

What causes my iPhone to stop charging at 80%?

Your iPhone may stop charging at 80% to prevent the battery from overheating. This is part of iOS 17’s thermal management system. Charging will resume once the device cools down. To speed up the process, try moving your iPhone to a cooler spot.

Is the APPS2Car CD phone holder charger compatible with my car?

Make sure your car has a CD slot. This mount fits most standard CD slots, but it is not compatible with curved, hidden, or CD slots located too close to the gear shift.

It does not stay mounted in the cd slot.

Please insert the mounting base into the CD slot as far as it will go, then tighten it.

IMPORTANT NOTE
