    I picked up this Anker 2-in-1 MagSafe charger hoping to use it as a sleek phone stand on my desk with the added bonus of wireless charging. It seems like a great product—well-built, stylish, and convenient.

    Unfortunately, I had to return it because I’m loyal to my PopSocket, and removing it every time I wanted to use the charger just wasn’t practical for me. If you don’t use a PopSocket or similar accessory, this looks like a solid option for both charging and displaying your phone.

    Just something to keep in mind if you’re a PopSocket user!

    Angle adjustment insufficient for iPhone 16 Pro Max

    Adjustable angle feature won’t hold an iPhone 16 Pro Max. The magnets are strong enough and it charges fine, but it falls to the lowest angle setting and there is no apparent way to increase the friction of the angle adjustment system to remediate this issue.

    EDIT: Please note that this is not a fault of the product, as it is advertised as compatible with iPhone 16, which it holds and charges flawlessly, but it made no mention of the iPhone 16 Pro Max at the time I purchased it. Anker went out of their way to offer to make things right, likely because this was originally a 1 star review. AnkerDirect asked for nothing in return and didn’t even point out my error in assuming this product would work with a heavy Pro Max phone. I respectfully declined their offer because the product works exactly as advertised for the models it is advertised as being compatible with, and I could use Amazon’s generous return policy if I was genuinely unsatisfied with the product.

    The media could not be loaded.

    I typically love Anker products but these dual Magsafe Docks from Anker are just trash. This is my 3rd one, 1st of the new design. The original design claimed to charge iPhones and Airpods simultaniously but if an iPhone was on the dock, the Airpods didn't charge. Anker Support swore up and down that it was defective and sent me a replacement that did the exact same thing.

    Fast forward to this new design; I ordered this excited to try and that it would actually work properly as opposed to the previous design and NOPE… Straight out of the box it didn't even work. I plugged it into numerous Anker chargers of different wattages but the second you plug it in, the light on the base just flashes white. My phone (iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro) never recognized it was connected to power and neither did the Airpod case (AirPod Pro 2).

    Might just want to hang it up on these multiple device MagSafe chargers, Anker. Very disappointing.
