Great affordable option!
Works well: I was pleasantly surprised by these earbuds. There's an app to download that allows these earbuds to translate language within the app. If I didnt open the app or removed the app, the Bluetooth connection still allowed me to connect with my phone to play music etc. The app was pretty easy to setup within 2-3 minutes and allows access to the earbud settings too (like double-tap to go to the next song or customizing the EQ). For the basic translation feature, I would press-and-hold a mic button to translate whatever audio the earbuds picked up. For me, it worked on natural speech and it translated a TV show. There's also a Simultaneous Interpretation feature that translates a conversation in real time in more than one language (no need to press buttons between sentences/speakers). There's a large list of available languages, but I tested this with Korean and English as my husband is a native Korean speaker. This translated both languages REALLY well! I spoke in English, it translated immediately to Korean. Then my husband replied in Korean and it automatically translated to English. Translations display in writing via the app but were also spoken through the earbuds. The english voice in the Simultaneous Interpretation has a strong Asian accent though. Other notes: When the case is opened then closed, a digital battery indicator appears on the front of the case. The case also has magnets to pull the earbuds into place and has small red indicator lights inside to show that each bud is charging. These earbuds sit/lay against your ear, possibly to let you continue hearing a conversation as it translates. They do NOT go inside your ear canal and do not offer noise canceling. When I wore thick glasses frames, I had to be more careful when putting these on to make them sit above my frames, but I had no issues wearing these with thin or wire framed glasses.

There's an app to download that allows these earbuds to translate language within the app. If I didnt open the app or removed the app, the Bluetooth connection still allowed me to connect with my phone to play music etc. The app was pretty easy to setup within 2-3 minutes and allows access to the earbud settings too (like double-tap to go to the next song or customizing the EQ).

There's also a Simultaneous Interpretation feature that translates a conversation in real time in more than one language (no need to press buttons between sentences/speakers).     Good hardware rendered useless by harmful software.

    The instructions link to install the required software is invalid – no longer at this address. After I go to manually install the software, I give it permissions while using the app and the app says that I have rejected the permissions and can't use the device. If I try to increase the permissions, Android flags it as being virus infected. Despite all that, I did manage to get the software app to run (without the hardware support) and it downloaded and played NSFW content onto my phone at work. It is a shame because the hardware looks to be of good build quality, but without the software, the device is useless. I will be returning and looking for another product that does the same thing.

    Not bad headphones. Would get about 4 stars of it didn’t claim it translated. The app designed for the translation is no better then the built in Apple Translate app. The app does all the translation then plays audio in the headphones.

    Most of the time when I was attempting to use it it would just repeats what I had already said back into my ear.

    If you purchase strictly for the headphones. Good purchase. Translate feature. Worthless
