    I bought these for the translation feature. Never could get that feature to work. The QR code to activate the feature led me to a dead page. I got no useful help from Amazon’s Rufus assistant. I sent an email to the seller but never got a response. The actual headphones are ok, but I didn’t need just another pair of headphones. I need the translation feature to just work.

    I purchased this for the universal translation, but it was all over the place. It was missing a lot of the words and then it wasn't translating them properly. I gave 3 stars because it does work an outer ear Bluetooth headset which is nice because you can wear it for extended periods of time without hurting the ears. If the unit would have translated as good or better than my current one then I would have rate higher.

    I was so excited to get these as my caregiver does not speak a lot of English. Also, my brother-in-law is going to Spain and I thought he could use them on his trip. However, as soon as I downloaded the QR code, my phone immediately got infected with a nasty virus that I was not able to get rid of, and had to take it to my phone provider to fix it. As your buzz, they probably work fine but as a translators, I would not download that again. Not very happy.
