I’m really very pleased with this purchase. I bought this because I have arthritis in my hands and sometimes doing fine task on my iPhone is very hard this pen solves that issue. I also want to give a shout out for great customer service before I received my product. I got an email from the company saying if there was any issues to let them know I think I got one that was sent back and that’s no fault of theirs that was Amazon. They immediately sent me a new one. I got a quicker than they said I would and it works perfectly the first one the tip was broke off. It was very refreshing in today’s world to have such personal Customer Service kudos to them. I will be a lifelong customer of theirs

    We have tried several of these kind of pens and not had much luck for many different reasons. This pen is really great. It holds a charge a long time, the colors are great, they do not have to be Wi-Fi connected to your iPad or device, and they work without glitches. I gave this one to my mom because many others she has tried were not working for her. I had this kind for over a year without any issues. It works without glitches. I use it to play games on my iPad and to do the coloring apps and this pen is fantastic! I gave this one to my mom because many others she has tried were not working for her. I had this kind and had no issues so I bought her one of these to try.. She loves it so well she wanted the link so she could buy more for back ups since it was so hard to find ones that work and so many others didn’t work out. I would highly recommend this product, as a matter of fact, I have an extra as a back up also. I would highly recommend this purchase for anyone looking for a pen for their iPad or device.

    So this is the second time I purchase this pin the first time I actually broke the needle part by accident trying to fix it because the pin has stopped working and when I turned it on it wasn't writing or doing anything so I just ordered another one. I've only had this one for a couple of months and now this pen that I have has stopped working it's fully Charged and it's not writing or doing anything. So disappointed because I use a digital planner to plan my schedule and now I have no stylist and I need to plan my schedule tomorrow. Going to have to find another brand. UPDATED: After leaving this review the company reached out to me to help with my issue. They were super friendly, fast and efficient on resolving the problem. They offered to replace my stylus and immediately shipped me another one. I really appreciate thier time, effort and assistance. I'm excited and can't wait for the new stylus to arrive! Thanks again! I will be changing my rating due to the excellent level of customer service.

    Was refunded for the item without needing to send it back. If you check the reviews, the issue I had is a common problem. Good customer service, but the product is not worth it.

    I just got this new stylus in the mail today. Wasn't sure if it needed charged before the first use, so looked at the instruction pamphlet. No info there on charging. Only thing the pamphlet shows is where to plug the charger in at. I tried to turn it on, but the indicator light only blinked blue and went off. After looking up charging info online which said to charge it anywhere from 40 mins to 2 hours, I charged it for 40 mins and still did the same thing. So, I continued charging for the full hour. Again nothing. After another 45 mins of charging, I tried it again and yet again, only the blue light blinked a few times and went off. There is no red or yellow light which would indicate the battery level as is stated online, just a blinking blue light when you push the button and then it goes off. Nothing about this pen works. I will be returning it and purchasing a different brand. You definitely get what you pay for with this one.
