This camera is essentially a DJI alternative, with performance and specs nearly identical to the Osmo Action 4. After using it extensively, here are some pros and cons I’ve noted: Pros Excellent Build and Performance: Matches the DJI Action 4 in quality and functionality. Accessory Compatibility: Works seamlessly with DJI Action 4/5 accessories, especially ND filters—no need to buy a separate set. Professional Workflow Support: Shoots in log format and supports DJI Log LUTs, making it easy to match footage with other DJI cameras using D-LOG M in post. Battery Compatibility: Action 4/5 batteries are cross-compatible, which is a huge plus. Budget-Friendly: Slightly more affordable than the DJI Action 4. Replaceable Lens: The lens is user-replaceable and very inexpensive. Cons: Limited Mic Integration: Cannot pair wirelessly with DJI Mics; requires a separate cable to connect the transmitter. No DJI Care Coverage: Since this isn’t an official DJI product, you’re on your own if it gets damaged. I mainly use this camera as a backup when multiple action cams are needed for a shoot. Knowing it runs the same system as DJI gives me confidence that I can apply the same settings and expect consistent performance. So far, I’m very happy with the purchase.
