C12 pro plus- mopping and self emptying canister station.
Background:: this is my fourth robotic vacuum manufacturer. I started with a cheap knock off, then I had 2 YTE (and got one for my dad) and 3 out of 4 Zoozee vacuums have died at my hands. My first vacuum, the cheap knock off, still works, but it didn’t have any bells and whistles no mapping no lidar and honestly it still works – we use it in the basement. The YTE vacuums didn’t make it three months- 2 died at my house and the one I bought for my father for his less vigorous usage also did not survive six months. I had some manufacturing issues with the Zoozee- 2 two didn’t work right out of the box, and they replaced them, and then I had intermittent issues with one where the fan wouldn’t work, and eventually the suction gave up entirely. And the other one I opened her up to try to fix her when she started having problems again with the fan and ultimately was unable to do so. I have one.Zoozee left that is still functional, but her suction is starting to fall off. So I bought this vacuum because of one parent parentheses higher suction power, and into a “guaranteed tangle free brush”. I have a long haired Alaskan malamute, and there is a lot of hair in my house!
And OH MY GOD! SO HAPPY SO FAR!
The brush is not tangled free. Sorry, Yeedi, but it does tangle. It is, however so much easier to clean than the other tangled blushes, and it goes longer before it actually does tangle: while the vacuums would usually only go about two rooms where I can do the whole first floor with my. Yeedi before I need to worry about cleaning it. Be aware that the little rubber wheel should be pried off to get any hair from underneath it if you have pets. I didn’t realize it was easily removable or that was hair was getting under it and I was having issues with the brush saying it was tangled, even though I had cleaned it. Got the little rubber wheel off, and there was a lot of hair underneath it. But easy enough to pop right back on and good as new.
The suction is really good. It is loud, both the suction and the brush itself can be a little noisy. However, my floors are cleaner than they’ve been in 10 years – lol. My husband doesn’t like me to run it if we are in the first floor, but honestly, as someone who’s used to regular vacuum noise, doesn’t really bother me.
The seven weeks canister emptying is utterly laughable if you have any pets. But I usually go three or four days of cleaning and then empty it and it’s no big deal pops right off pops right in – very convenient.
I only started using the mopping function last week. It is no more or less cumbersome than any other robotic mopping function, where you have to switch out canisters to switch from vacuum to mopping modes. I like that it does a suction vacuuming on the front half of the vacuum while it’s mopping behind itself- helps get a little dust up before getting it moist. The vibration of the mopping pad seems relatively effective – not as effective as doing it manually, but better than nothing! And it’s so cute as she shakes her little booty!
Overall, I am very, very pleased with the functionality and capabilities of this vacuum over all the others I have tried. I haven’t bought any of the high priced vacuums yet and I don’t think I will ever need to now that I have this one. There’s a great degree of functionality and effectiveness at a reasonable price.
TLDR: the brush is not tangled free, but it is easier to clean than other brushes.
vacuum can be a little loud at highest settings vacuum cleans really, really well.
Many good features for a reasonable price.
