This robot vacuum is amazing. I upgraded from an old "bump and go" vacuum which worked well but everyday was lost and stuck. This Narwal with the mapping and tracking of what it has done is spectacular. It know the rooms and so efficiently goes to where it needs to go. I can tell it to mop a room. This is also so so quiet, I let this run early in the morning and it does not wake the family up. The cleaning routines do a fabulous job getting every spec of dirt I see. The available options of special treatments for rooms or rugs are spectacular. The scheduling is also nice, I can have it mop the kitchen daily, but other rooms weekly. I am totally amazed everyday and love watching it do it's thing and not run into every item and knock things over. Pros: everything listed above. Efficiency performance, noise level and options. You get to see exactly what it is doing in realtime on the apps map. So cool Con: the only thing I can complain about is that I have a dog that sheds A LOT and clogs the plastic bin daily, so I have to manually clean that daily. The emptying of the bin to the trash bag does not clear the hair at all. I think this is a dog problem and not a vacuum Con 2: I wish it could remap a specific room and not the whole floor. I have a very cluttered house so find it difficult to clear every room to get an accurate map. I don't think it realizes that a pile of toys has been removed and doesn't vacuum that spot. I LOVE this vacuum and if you are on the fence I highly recommend it.

    I love the vaccum. It cleans great and mops great no complaints there. Only reason it only gets 4 stars is it can only connect to a 2.4ghz WiFi signal (which most modems don’t even emit anymore…) I tried for multiple hours to figure it out with no avail. Just beware that it’s very hard to connect to the internet but we just use it without connecting to the internet. Which is fine.

    We have a fairly large (2800 sf) home, and 2 long hair cats. No kids, low traffic, but the cat hair and dust from the rural area makes it a challenge to keep clean. Don't get me started on the cats' hiding places under the beds! This is an amazing machine; after seeing the demo on YouTube I decided to splurge on this top model (there was a $300 coupon). We have gone through a Rumba, which pooped out after 3 years, and a Shark model that gets stuck on things far too often – we end up searching the house for it. The Narwal is so intelligent! On first use, the mapping was fast and accurate. Then you can go back and section off any "no-go" zones, have it just vacuum or vacuum + mop, select everything or just certain rooms. If you're considering it, check out the YouTube review by "Just A Dad Videos." It's so quiet that it could run while you're sleeping. The suction is adjustable, but even on the standard setting, it picked up all the cat hair. Even the floors under the bed are sparkling! Something to consider when purchasing any of these types of cleaners, is how cluttered/accessorized your house is. The Narwal has several laser detectors and is very smart about avoiding obstacles, but it did choke on a cat toy that I had to remove before it continued. Our floorplan is somewhat open, but I did pick up anything I preferred to have it avoid. It easily transfers from tile to wood to carpet etc., so you don't have to worry about that. I did take several hours to do the whole house, but it would have taken me just as long and a lot more energy. It will tell you when the clean water tank is empty (be sure to empty the dirty water tank when you refill the clean one!), or when it is recharging. Then it will automatically pick up where it left off until the job is done.

    Le Freo z10 était mon premier robot de ménage. Avec deux chats à la maison, des grains de littière partout et des flaques d'eau, je n'étais pas sûr que ce serait efficace. Mais à ma grande satisfaction, le robot a immédiatement fait bien mieux que moi. Il aspire très fort, ne procrastine jamais, et est très simple à configurer. Je le recommande fortement à tous ceux et celles qui sont écoeurés de vivre dans une maison sale. Il est l'un des rares modèles assez puissant pour les maisons avec des animaux, et surtout, un des seuls robot haut de gamme qui ne vont pas s'autodétruirent bêtement dans une flaque d'eau.

    Il est extrêmement autonome. Il retourne se mouiller, secher ses moppes, vider sa poussière. Tout ce qu'on a à faire, c'est changer l'eau de temps en temps. Il va même repasser plusieurs fois dans la même pièce s'il détecte un niveau de saleté élevée. D'ailleurs, dans mon cas, son premier nettoyage a été extrêmement long à cause de ca, ce qui démontre qu'il avait beaucoup de rattrappage à faire! Mais ne vous en faites pas, ses prochains passages sont beaucoup plus rapide.

    En bref, c'est mon meilleur achat de 2025! Il était en promotion au moment de mon achat, et c'est la seule raison pour laquelle j'ai eu le courage de l'essayer. Mais maintenant que je l'ai, je peux affirmer sans honte qu'il vaut amplement son prix. Si je dois lui trouver un défaut, ce serait que très rarement, trop de longs poils peuvent rester coincés dans son bac à poussière, ce qui diminue sa force d'aspiration. Par contre, c'est extrêtement simple et rapide à vider, et ce n'est arrivé qu'une seule fois au début.

    I've had a few robovacs over the years. They were cheap and never lasted. The last one I had just had a wet pad you attached for the "mopping". After eyeing up a Narwal for 2 years I finally bite the bullet and got one… I wish I had ordered it sooner! I absolutely love my Narwal. With 3 dogs, my husband and I were constantly vacuuming and with having busy lifestyles, keeping up with the mopping was nearly impossible. Our Narwal have been a time saver. We're so impressed with how intelligent and effective it is. The mopping feature is amazing and you can see how effective it is. If you are questioning whether or not to get one, I highly recommend a Narwal. It is pricey but 1000% worth it. My sister has had a few other robovacs and is in the market for a new one. I showed her the features of the machine and the app and she was thoroughly impressed with it too.

    I would give it 5 stars but just a couple of things make it not perfect. Navigating in the dark – sounds bad but basically that is what it is. It can't see well. It will run into things sometimes, drive up on small items so you need to tidy up. It is very good at getting the whole area. Cleaning solution is proprietary. You shouldn't refill tank as one doesn't k ow what is in it or it's proper viscosity but one can try and hopefully don't damage the machine. Wishing they would sell a larger quantity of cleaner and give us the option. Vacuum and mopping is quite good. Spot clean up is done well.
    My experience is a vacuum lasts 2 years. I am on my third machine. This being the most expensive I have purchased. I feel it's been worth it if I don't have to do cleaning not as often.
