I never leave reviews but this is worth it. I love this thermostat…works perfectly. I had to reconfigure the wiring to add "C" which actually powers the unit up. That only took like 5 min & a YouTube video. The only thing I don't like is that I can't verbally adjust the temperature. I can verbally turn the ac/heat on and off but can't verbally drop or raise temperature. But I can adjust it with my phone…from anywhere at anytime so I'm 😁

    Stay away from this product!

    I installed this thermostat in April 2024
    (3 Months ago). Since I’ve installed it, I’ve had nothing but trouble with it! I live in Arizona where the summers can reach as high as 120° in the day. This thermostat constantly shuts itself off and becomes hot to the touch. I have to unplug it from the wall and then plug it back in to restart the system. There are days when I come home and the air conditioner has not been running because this thermostat has shut itself off. When using the app most of the time it does not match up to the actual thermostat display. I’m often Worried about my pets and if they are getting too hot. I’m going to go back to a Rockwell thermostat. I should’ve never left them in the first place, but I thought this Vine was cool. Just not worth the aggravation!!!

    I’ve read off some of these reviews and it’s obvious to me some of these folks didn’t even bother to read the instructions. CLOSELY

    Also i had my heating/AC guy install the thing. I can tell some of these negative reviews were people who installed it themselves. Even my heating and cooling guy had to look some settings up ie single step or two step ac, etc etc etc. Just pay for the service.

    My temperature was high at first but as soon as the display timed out (went off) i waited about 10 minutes and pulled up the app on my phone and temp and humidity were spot on.

    programming was easy as pie. very intuitive.

    i cannot find anything to complain about except my irrational with these people who don’t know how to read directions and who don’t know their own limits.
