We've been searching for a conference solution for our company for some time, and we finally found the Toucan Conference 360, it works perfectly. It's compatible with most conference software such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and others. We're very satisfied with the voice pickup function, which works well in our conference room that accommodates more than 12 people. The four different display modes are also very clever, allowing us to choose the most suitable one based on the number of participants in the room. Both the sound quality and picture resolution are very good. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with this purchase.

    Using the microphone(s) on this camera….sound sucks. Terrible. So, I used the camera to make a video, but used the microphone(s) on my Mac Desktop computer for sound. MUCH better. Quality of the video is good. Has a "privacy" cover thingy to protect you from hackers trying to use the camera to spy on you. Decent price. Just wish the sound was better.
