great value
dang this tv is blowing me away.. so i use fire tv and i have a computer on one of the hdmi inputs. the TV has built in wifi. also built in alexa which i did not expect. the 4k is amazing.. the setup was easy … the fire tv has A LOT more space for app downloads and i had to add newsmax and my login info. then fire tv was back online in HD.. my computer worked fine too BUT the display was pixelated.. after google i found i needed to run win 10 “clear type” ctune after that the computer display was 4k too. my old tv warmed the room.. this one is light and does not run warm. the only thing i ran into is the feet.. they are spaced far apart and you need a wide space to use this. i had a long board i put on my stand so the tv would sit there. i cant find a tv that has a center stand .. ther are all like this so be prepared for that .. but make it work because it’s worth it!

    I am extremely satisfied with this purchase. I used to have a 40" Samsung in my bedroom so to upgrade to a 55" is way better for my eyes. I don't need my glasses now to watch the TV while relaxing in bed. If you need a new TV for the price I say run to grab this one. In my opinion it's not a "name brand" but it looks fine to me. The feet are really wide apart so it doesn't fit on my dresser, but the alternative is to have it placed on my wall. The remote control will take some getting used to b/c I have subscriptions I just log in to the Apps and navigate the best way possible.

    I'm really happy and surprised with the quality of this brand. Especially at the price I purchased it at. The sound quality is really good and the image quality is outstanding. The remote is really small compared to my other tvs but that's OK! The tv is not that bright but not to worry. You can set that up to your preference and sycing your Amazon account is super easy.

    It's not really heavy it does have some weight to it but it's not extremely heavy I was able to pick it up with no hassle.
    At first when I was setting up my account it was a bit slow but I haven't had any issues since.

    Overall I think this is a great buy. I'm not hating on it what so ever.

    This is the best purchase I've made in years! I caught this on a early prime day sale and it was only $189! The pickup at Best Buy was so smooth that it took me longer to find a charger block than it was to get the TV placed in the car! The TV has a great picture and sound and I'm amazed at all the features! Great deal and great experience! Will definitely continue to shop Amazon!

    Not 4K with low quality images and sound

    This TV is really low quality and it drove me insane trying to watch 4K things… on a 4K TV. I’ve had TVs that weren’t 4K that had better image quality. Additionally, the sound is absolutely trash. In comparison, my older TV could be normal at 20 and this one needs to be raised up in volume to hear it… which is insane. I would say beware of buying this unless it’s an “extra” TV. I was looking to use this as my main TV and was really deflated about how it barely worked and I tried to get customer support and they read to me things that I already read online on forums so Insignia is not great of assistance with that. I think after this I will look at other brands and recommend that you guys stay away from this brand and such.
