RGB light can't be turned off
It's very difficult to snap the back head (white or black, depending on which version you get) to the other plate; they could have made that part easier to connect and remove.The RGB is cool, but there is no option to turn it off or change colors yourself.The cushion feels like it wouldn't last too long, but time will tell.I own the official Oculus Elite Strap as well, and I think that one has better, solid weight support on the back; you'd think having a battery pack for this would make this one heavier, but it doesn't feel that way.It's certainly an upgrade from the basic stock ones.If you don't care for RGB, I'd recommend the Elite Strap instead – it feels more premium; but if you really like RGB and want extra battery, this is a cheaper option.

    When I got my Occulus I realized the hard plastic on the back of the strap it came with actually hurt my head. When I got this, oh my word, it is so comfortable and easily adjusts! It is perfect, and I have so much more time before charging! Bonus!!!

    This headset attachment is so much better than most of the units you can buy on here, period. It's comfortable, it fits great, the battery is great and cool looking, and in addition with the motorized venting faceplate I have, it is just perfect, to me, it's as good as the one everyone is always talking about, can't remember the name of the top of my head, lol.

    Head strap fits great but the battery pack is trash. This is a replacement and it has already stopped working. The first one lasted about a week, I ordered a replacement and returned the first one now the replacement isn’t working. There are no directions as to how you’re suppose to charge it to avoid that or to tell if it’s something we’re doing wrong. There’s a button on it but it doesn’t do anything that I can tell.
    So if you’re just wanting an overpriced head strap this is the one for you because the battery pack does not last.

    Definitely doesn’t add anything near 8 hours of gameplay but does give you another couple hours. Not sure if I’m using it wrong? But just the head strap is much better than the one you get with the oculus. 0/10 I’d rate it a solid 7.5 not a bad product.
