    This is an update to my previous review. When I initially purchased the watch, I was unable to connect it to my phone, resulting in a negative review. However, the company reached out to me and convinced me to accept a replacement.
    The new watch presented no issues. I easily connected to my phone, the download of the related ap[p was no problem, and the replacement watch has been functioning without any issues. The fact that the company made the time and effort to follow up with me I view as a definite positive to the quality and dedication of the company to its product.
    I am giving the watch only a 4-star review because I have only been using the watch for 2 days. For that time, the various functions I have accessed have worked well and the accuracy of the measurements-heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen, steps, sleep, weather-was good so the information was meaningful. I am pleased with this purchase and will revisit this review once I explore more of the functions and give it some time to assess its durability.

    Could not get phone and watch to sync

    I spent hours trying to get this watch to work with my phone. I have other smart watches and never had this much trouble. No matter what I did it would not sync up. I installed and uninstalled the app several times. Each time I had it scan for my watch it would show that it could not find it. When I asked for product support it set a window of several days to a week. I finally gave up. Nothing should be that much trouble! It is a nice looking watch but not worth the aggravation. It is going to be returned immediately. I am just sorry I spent so much time bothering with it. I would give it a big fat zero if possible!

I have an iPhone 16 so it does work with newer phone models. The size is about the same as an Apple Watch. I like that the sound speaker is loud. It’s very easy to use and customize. Definitely worth getting it. Especially if you have littles that tend to lose your stuff.
