    I ordered this to try in my old 2005 dodge ram 1500 because well, that vehicle is lacking all sorts of technology. This device sits perfectly on the flat part of the top of the dash. I did however use the aux cable to the head unit for sound and it worked very well in the few trips with took with the vehicle. When not using the aux cable, the speakers are decently clear and loud. Very suprised. My only wish is that it wasn't as bulky as I'm concerned that a hard stop and it'll go flying even though I stuck it to the dashboard directly.
