I've been wearing this ring for six days, and also wearing my FitBit during sleep, to compare results. The ring does not show me the various types of sleep, like the FitBit, but there's more information, altogether. It shows the SpO2 levels, and what time they get low, heart rates and range, respiration rate and range, and skin temperature in Celsius, which is annoying to me, living in the U.S. It also shows steps and calories burned.
The ring is shiny on the edges, but it's very dull, and more like bronze, on the outer surface. That is disappointing. However, it's been such a help in keeping track of my health issues, I'm keeping it. It's kind of fun seeing the lights flash underneath, when I move my hand. I charged it after 7 days of wearing. On the whole, I am very happy with it.
