About the Use of RT04

When a connection or key delay is encountered:

(1) There must be no more than 10 meters between the keyboard and the device. Remove intermediate obstacles.

(2) Insufficient keyboard power could be the issue. Please promptly change the battery if the power indicator flashes red.

(3) Try plugging in and out the USB again. Position the keyboard as closely as you can.

(4) Try connecting to a different computer to see whether the problem persists.

When the keyboard is jammed:

(1) The issue was caused by a computer update. If this is the case, attempt restarting your computer and reconnecting your keyboard.

(2) Debris could fall into the crevices of the keys while in use. In this situation, try flipping the keyboard over and tapping to get rid of the object.

(3) Prevent coffee or water from penetrating the keyboard when in regular use.
