[Step 2] Reset the tag: quickly press the button 5 times, hold 5th press until tone for factory reset and re-pair in Find My app.

Why is the location information from a few hours ago?

Because the tag uses a low-power design with vibration sensor. If no signals or movement, location stays unchanged to save battery. Previous timestamp likely means item hasn’t moved.

ls the battery replaceable? How to confirm if the tag has power?

Yes, equipment CR2032 lasts over a year. To check if the tag has power: double-click the button. If you hear a beep, it means the tag is turned on and has power.

Is the tag certified by Apple?

Does this Tracker Tag use compass style directions like Apple AirTag which can lead me to the exact location?

All products compatible with ‘Find My’ do not have a compass feature. In Bluetooth range（Up to 160ft/50m）you can play a sound to find it.
