    I ordered this brand of inkjet cartridge because of the high cost of the Canon ones. They worked perfectly. They lasted a long time and did not run or smear any documents I printed. Some brands of printers may not accept these, but they worked well in my old Canon Pixma 492 printer. Both the black xl and color ones worked perfectly! I can highly recommend this brand!

    One cartridge was bad 2 months after buying and barely using my printer. Stopped my entire printer from working, of course. The rare time a cartridge was faulty.

    … but they REPLACED IT! I guess they do want their customers 100% satisfied.

    Also FYI, using non-Canon cartridges does not void printer warranties.

    Probably not entirely due to this ink because my printer was old, but my Canon Pixma TS3000 series broke shortly after installing this ink. It never read the black ink cartridge but the color cartridge seemed to work fine before the printer stopped working entirely.

    Ruined my Canon TR4500 Series

    Although it says it is compatible with Canon printers, I highly recommend you not purchase this item. I switched out the cartridges as I normally would, and when I attempted to print the test page, not only did it NOT print out correctly, halfway through, the printer stopped and gave me the error code 7800. After reaching out to the manufacturer and sending it in for servicing, it was this 3rd party ink cartridge that broke the printer. So, spend the money on the brand cartridge if you don't want to go through the trouble I did.
