I bought this tablet for my daughter who is quite passionate about drawing and art. This is a great starter tablet that comes with everything you need to get started including the case, pen, glove, pre installed drawing apps and a charger. The screen is huge and is the same size as my laptop screen which is great for drawing. It is a fully functioning tablet and the only complaint my daughter has had so far is that some games, such as Roblox, are a bit hard to play with the large screen and that there is no headphone jack. Outside of that great product! Customer service was wonderful too as the tip of the pen broke the first day out of the box. I contacted Amazon who offered to replace the entire tablet and when I declined they put me in touch with the Simban customer support. They responded quickly, the process of getting a free pen replacement was quick and easy ( you have a 90 day warranty on accessories from the company). We had a new pen within a week and so far it's been great.

Huge drawing surface that is great to use as a whiteboard for school along with drawing. I did not see a way to upgrade the concepts app to pro in the box, but other than that, everything has been fantastic so far.

    Got the product almost a year ago & the tablet was awesome! My daughter put it in her laptop bag & somehow managed to wreck the screen. Put in an email & support ticket & quickly got help from Rosanne @ the support team to send in for repairs (which were very reasonably priced). The team determined that fixing it would be more trouble than it was worth so they replaced it with a new one @ no additional cost & had it out to me in a couple of days!     I recieved this tablet as a christmas gift (chosen by me, lol). Delivered promptly but didnt open it until christmas day. Since then I started checking out all the apps. The one thi g I found off was the stylus so ordered some new nibs. The nibs came but i had trouble removing the existing. I wrote to Simban and explained the issue. The company tried to help but eventually agreed to send a brand new stylus. The replacement was perfect and i am now enjoying the experience.
    Thanks to the customer support, they were excellent!
    I must say the tablet is on the heavy side but not a problem.

    Really nice sized screen, daughter loves it. Took a little time to learn but picked it up rally quick, likes the free drawing apps and the pen. The only hiccup is the pen is not rechargeable and so needs aaaa type batteries but managed to buy batteries and charger also off Amazon. Screen also flickers from time to time but this might have something to do with the settings. Also took the additional cover.

    – Es braucht ewig zum hochfahren
    – Es braucht lange um wenige Prozent zu laden bis man es hochfahren kann
    – Es git definitiv schnellere Tablets in dieser Preisklasse

    Ich würde es zum zeichnen vollkommen empfehlen, und für ein Tablet in dieser Größe, finde ich Preis-Leistung sehr angemessen. Wer mehr will muss auch bereit sein mehr zu investieren
