To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.Learn more how customer reviews work on Amazon

Customers say

Customers find the OBD2 scanner straightforward to use, taking less than a minute to set up with their smartphone, and appreciate its informativeness, providing good information about vehicle issues. However, the accuracy and connectivity receive mixed feedback – while some say it tells them exactly what's wrong, others report it doesn't read all error codes, and while some easily connect it to their phone, others find it difficult to pair. Moreover, the reliability is questionable as some report it stops working after a day, and the subscription model is criticized for requiring a hefty monthly fee.
