This Ethernet Kit is the official add-on accessory for the Teensy 4.1 development board to provide a wired RJ-45 network connection. The Teensy 4.1 features a built-in 10/100 Mbit Ethernet PHY, but lacks the physical MagJack port required for Ethernet cable connection. This kit supplies a MagJack connector, an adapter board, ribbon cable and header pins—all you need to complete the connection.
Once soldered in place and connected, your Teensy 4.1 gains reliable high-speed Ethernet access, opening the door to networked IoT projects, data-logging applications, remote control interfaces and more. The kit is designed for makers who are comfortable with basic soldering of the magnetically isolated Ethernet jack and mounting the adapter board.
Please note: the Teensy 4.1 development board must be purchased separately. This product is for the Ethernet interface only.
