1.OMVI 3i PoE standalone use: no PTZ view or control button. What to do?
Make sure the Reolink App, OMVI 3i PoE firmware, and PC client are all updated to the latest versions.
• Reolink App: v4.60 or later
• PC Client: 8.20 or later(Windows)
• OMVI 3i PoE Firmware: v3.2.0.6905_2607301172, v3.2.0.6443_2605229559, or later
2.OMVI 3i PoE with Reolink NVR: missing PTZ view and controls. How to fix?
Check if your NVR hardware version is compatible and whether the firmware is up to date. Supported NVRs:

If using Windows PC Client, update to v8.21+ (available on Reolink Download Center). For compatibility with Apple devices, Mac (v.8.21) is available in two builds: Apple Silicon and Intel.

5.My OMVI 3i PoE won’t power on. What could be the cause?
OMVI 3i PoE (no adapter included) has high power requirements, and needs a PoE+ (also known as IEEE 802.3at) power supply (either a PoE+ switch or power injector with Ethernet port), plus a CAT5 or higher Ethernet cable.
Important Notice: Please ensure your Reolink NVR firmware is updated to version 3.6.4 or later. Earlier versions will only display dual-lens camera footage and will not show the PTZ camera view. Current Reolink client (Windows: v8.21 or later, and Mac (v.8.21) is available in two builds: Apple Silicon and Intel) supports dual-screen display when connected to Reolink NVR/Home Hub/Home Hub Pro. Please check the Q&A section for more details.
