A Big Upgrade Over Traditional Robotic Pool Cleaners – Futuristic Look
This is my second Wybot robot and I have been a happy customer so far. Just fyi, I manage three pools including my own house and airbnb. After using several robotic pool cleaners over the years, this is the first one that truly felt like a major step forward instead of just a small improvement. My older cleaners mostly wandered around the pool by bumping into walls and changing direction, which worked but never seemed very efficient. This one is much smarter in the way it navigates and covers the pool, and the difference is noticeable after a full cleaning cycle. The suction power is excellent and it has no problem picking up leaves, sand, dirt, and the smaller debris that tends to collect around the edges and corners. I was especially impressed with how well it cleans along the perimeter since those areas usually need extra attention with other robots. This version l very futuristic too. Its well built ad durable. The battery life has been more than enough to finish my pool, and having a quick clean option is a nice bonus for those times when the pool just needs a light cleanup before guests arrive. The app has become one of my favorite features because I can choose different cleaning modes, schedule future cleanings, and keep track of the robot without having to mess with buttons on the unit itself. I also like knowing that software updates can improve the cleaner over time instead of it staying exactly the same from the day I bought it. The overall build quality feels solid while still being lightweight enough to lift in and out of the pool comfortably. Like most robotic cleaners, there is a little bit of a learning curve at first as you figure out the best cleaning modes for your pool, but once everything is dialed in it becomes almost effortless. If you're upgrading from a basic robotic cleaner, this feels like a completely different experience and, in my opinion, is one of the better cordless pool robots I've used. Great value.

This robotic pool cleaner works great! It is compact and reasonably light weight. It has a large storage area and the mesh filter is fine enough to catch 99% of the debris in my pool. The battery is good for one single session that lasts about an hour and a half. After that I pull it out and charge it. There seems to be no consistency with where it parks itself in the pool when it's done, however the large grab handle on the top makes it really easy to snag with a hook. The suction works great and it picks up all sorts of tree debris. It doesn't get caught on my drain hole, unlike my last robot. Good coverage for a medium sized pool. Good value for the money.

I use this cordless robotic cleaner for my in-ground pool. It is very easy to set up, and I really appreciate not having to deal with messy, long power cords around the pool. Compared to the older models I’ve used in the past, its size and weight are manageable, making it much easier to lift and carry.
It performs quite well when it comes to handling general dirt, small leaves, and routine cleaning. The brush effectively cleans the pool floor, and I am pleased with the variety of cleaning modes available. However, I had higher expectations for its navigation; it sometimes cleans the same area repeatedly while missing certain corners or edges. Although it usually navigates over obstacles smoothly, there are times when I have to manually reposition it.

Keeping a pool clean can feel like a never-ending chore, so I was excited to put this robotic cleaner to work. Getting started was easier than expected, and the app connection went smoothly without much troubleshooting. Once in the water, it moved methodically around the pool and picked up a surprising amount of debris that I hadn’t even noticed. I found myself spending less time manually brushing and vacuuming, which was probably the biggest benefit. The cleaner handled corners and edges reasonably well, though like most robots it occasionally needed a little help in tricky spots. Removing the collection compartment and cleaning it afterward was simple and not particularly messy. The unit feels solid and substantial without being impossible to lift out of the water. Battery performance was sufficient for regular cleaning sessions, and navigation seemed consistent from run to run.

I recently tried out this new cordless robotic pool vacuum, and it's a game-changer for anyone with an inground pool. The six-roller brush design is impressive, and it handles edge cleaning like a pro, even around tricky spots. What I love is how lightweight it's, making it easy to handle and store. Plus, the app navigation is a nice touch—it's intuitive and keeps me updated on cleaning progress without any hassle. Most users seem to agree that it's effective and reliable, and I can't help but agree. The high obstacle crossing ability is a real perk, especially if your pool has unusual shapes or features. Overall, it's made pool maintenance less of a chore and more of a breeze. If you're tech-savvy like me and enjoy a clean pool without the fuss, this smart pool cleaner might just be what you're looking for.

This cordless robotic pool vacuum is easy to use. After charging it for the first time I placed it in the pool and let it do its job. It moved smoothly across the floor and picked up leaves, dirt and small debris that usually collect in the corners. It crossed drains and uneven areas without getting stuck. The roller brushes help it maintain good traction while cleaning. I also noticed that it did a nice job along the edges where debris often gathers. The battery life is excellent. It easily cleans my pool on a single charge. For quick touch-ups I use the one-hour cleaning mode which saves time and works great for regular maintenance.

Great all-around pool cleaner that actually handles more than just flat surfaces

This robotic pool vacuum is a noticeable step up if you're looking for something that can handle more than basic cleaning. The cleaning performance is strong—it does a really good job picking up dirt, leaves, and smaller debris, and the quad-roller brush helps it agitate and loosen things better than simpler models.
One of the biggest advantages here is that it’s cordless. That alone makes it way easier to use compared to traditional vacuums—no hoses, no tangled cables, and no repositioning mid-clean. You just drop it in and let it do its thing.
The obstacle-crossing ability is where this one stands out a bit more. It can handle uneven areas, slight slopes, and transitions better than the basic flat-bottom models, which makes it more versatile for different pool types.
Battery life is solid for typical cleaning sessions. It lasts long enough to get through most pools in one go, and while bigger or dirtier pools might need a second run, it still covers a lot of ground per charge.
Ease of use is definitely a highlight. Setup is simple, and maintenance afterward—like cleaning out the filter—is quick and not messy. It’s very much a “set it and forget it” type of device.
When it comes to time-saving, this is where it really pays off. It cuts down a huge portion of manual cleaning, and you can let it run while you’re doing other things instead of spending time vacuuming yourself.
Value for money is pretty good for what you’re getting. It’s more capable than entry-level cleaners, especially with the added movement and obstacle handling, without jumping into super high-end pricing.
Overall, this is a solid upgrade if you want a cordless cleaner that can handle more complex pool surfaces. It’s not a full high-end system, but it strikes a really nice balance between performance, convenience, and price.

I’ve been running this WYBOT cordless pool vacuum in my inground pool and it’s kind of hilarious how quickly it made me forget what scrubbing a pool wall feels like. You drop it in, it sinks, it thinks for a second like it’s planning its route, and then it just gets to work. No cords, no setup, no “did I pair this right” moment.

The six roller brush thing actually matters. It grabs onto the surface and moves with this weird confidence, like it knows the pool better than I do. It climbs the walls without slipping and it gets right up to the waterline instead of giving up halfway like cheaper cleaners. It also handles obstacles without getting stuck which is nice because I am not trying to fish a robot out of the deep end every ten minutes.

The app is simple. You open it, check the battery, maybe switch modes, and that is about it. It feels like the kind of smart feature that exists to make life easier instead of showing off.

Cleaning performance is solid. It picks up the usual leaves, grit, and whatever mystery debris shows up after a windy night. The filter basket is easy to rinse out which is important because I am not trying to wrestle with some complicated plastic puzzle every time it finishes a cycle.

The whole thing is lightweight too. Pulling it out of the pool feels like lifting a lunchbox instead of a wet bowling ball.

Overall it is one of those pool gadgets that quietly becomes part of your routine. You toss it in, walk away, and the pool just stays clean without you thinking about it. If you want something that handles the floor, the walls, the edges, and does not need babysitting, this one fits the vibe perfectly.

An excellent example of high-end robotics! This unit not only far exceeds older, heavy types of units, in terms of cleaning capabilities, it is – I believe – far safer, too!

I was speaking to a neighbour who uses a water powered unit. It’s older and she still uses a pool service once a week. She confirmed that more current units that use AC power, can clean better, but also stated that she would never allow any kind of device that needs electricity, in or around the pool area. The idea of tossing an AC powered pool cleaning machine into her pool, was insanity to her! Enter the Wybot.

We are both impressed with the gross weight. It was much lighter than imagined, and that’s good, because you don’t want to carry heavy objects around a pool.

How well does the unit clean? You can probably reduce the number of calls from your pool company!

The unit can work in a very structured, linear fashion. You can make a choice in the app. I have seen other robotic pool cleaners that work in a very random pattern. I fail to understand that design. It seems to me, that some spots will get missed and others, cleaned too much.

What I find amazing – and this is not unique to the Wybot – is how these things clean the pool sides. It’s like watching a superhero movie! Very impressive!

What I really like about the Wynette, is the ability to select a different cleaning pattern – if you want. Just want to clean up the debris at the bottom? You can do just that. Plus, the robot will finish this task faster than a complete cycle. The same goes for the pool sides, floor and sides, and waterline. It’s that last one that really sold me. It’s the waterline that is – by far – the toughest area to keep clean. And it’s about the first area you see. Having a dedicated program just for cleaning this area, is a terrific idea!

I am also a fan of the robot parking itself near a wall, either when done or low on battery power.

The unit has an easy to understand and use app. Wybot also offers a 30 day money back guarantee (impressive!) and a full one year warranty.

Bottom line – An excellent way to help keep your pool clean, and maybe reduce the number of visits for your pool cleaning company!

Impressive cleaning performance with excellent wall and edge coverage

I've tested quite a few pool robots over the last couple of years because my large in-ground pool tends to collect a lot of leaves, dirt, and fine debris from the trees surrounding my yard. Finding a robot that can properly clean the floor, walls, and corners without costing a fortune is always a challenge, so I was curious to see how the WYBOT B1 would perform.

Setup was extremely simple. After charging the robot, I connected it to the app, selected my preferred cleaning mode, and dropped it into the pool. Like most robotic pool cleaners, the Wi-Fi connection only works while the robot is above water, but the app is useful for changing settings, selecting cleaning modes, and updating the firmware when needed.

What impressed me the most was the cleaning coverage. The combination of the main roller brushes and side brushes allows the robot to clean much closer to walls and corners than many other robots I've used. Pool corners are often the hardest areas to keep clean, but the B1 did a surprisingly good job reaching those spots.

Wall climbing performance is also excellent. The robot had no trouble climbing all the way to the waterline and scrubbing along the walls before returning to the floor. It handled transitions between the floor and walls smoothly and never seemed to struggle for traction.

The suction power feels strong enough to handle everything from fine sand particles to larger debris such as leaves. My pool always ends up with a mix of both, and the B1 was able to collect them without any issues. The triple-motor design provides plenty of power, while the navigation system does a good job covering the pool efficiently without appearing random or wasteful.

Battery life was also very respectable. The advertised runtime seems realistic, and I had no problem completing a full cleaning cycle on my pool. For quicker maintenance between full cleanings, the quick-clean mode is a nice option that saves both time and battery life.

Another feature I appreciated was the automatic parking function. Once the cleaning cycle is finished, the robot moves close to the pool wall, making retrieval much easier. Since the unit is relatively lightweight, lifting it out of the water is not difficult either.

Overall, the WYBOT B1 is an impressive pool robot that offers strong suction, excellent wall-climbing ability, effective edge and corner cleaning, and smart navigation. It combines many of the features usually found on more expensive models while remaining easy to use and maintain. If you're looking for a capable robotic cleaner for either an in-ground or above-ground pool, this is definitely a model worth considering.

My bot kit came with the bot, a charging adapter, some floating blocks, a hook and lots of literature. The bot is 14.5" x 13.5" x 9" high and the filter inside the bot is large and can hold lots of debris. An app is available to work with this bot and the app is very easy to use because there is not much to it.

Getting the bot ready to work is not hard and the included documentation will help; however, I found some discrepancies. For example, the manual talks about selecting my type of cleaning followed by choosing the cleaning time but I could not find the time option within the app.

Once the bot is in the pool and cleaning, there is no noise at all from the bot. The app advises that the bot will not be able to transmit once it is underwater so this left me in the dark because I had no idea how the bot was progressing with the cleaning, if it was stuck or how much battery power was remaining.

Within the app, I can select either a S-shape cleaning or criss-cross cleaning, and although the bot did go back and forth, I saw no difference in the bot's route between the two. When the bot's battery gets low, it parks itself at a wall so I can use the hook to remove the bot from the pool. Unfortunately, on all occasions, the bot picked a wall that was not as accessible from the top rather than returning to where it started.

I tested this bot by cleaning the floor of my pool after I added a bunch of sand and the bot did a pretty impressive job. It did not get all the sand but almost all on the first run. After 1 hour and 50 minutes, it was depleted. I charged the depleted bot and it was showing 99% after 2 hours and required another 25 minutes to show 100%.

On my last test, the bot failed as it could not climb my concrete walls. It would start up the wall and lose footing after about 1 foot. The manual provides a reference via a QR code on how to install the floating blocks if the bot does not climb the wall. I followed the QR code which led me to a webpage that showed how to modify other types of bots but not mine, so I gave up.

I ordered this for our above ground pool and I’m really impressed with it. It’s very easy to use and does a great job cleaning without having to drag out hoses and manually vacuum the pool ourselves.

The vacuum itself is pretty light at around 13.5 lbs, so it’s easy to carry and put in the pool. The filter is accessed from the top and rinses out easily with a garden hose. One thing to note though is there are silica gel packs inside the filter compartment when it arrives, and I didn’t notice them until I emptied the vacuum after the first use.

Setup was simple. You download the Wybot app, connect the vacuum, select your pool type, then choose a cleaning mode. I noticed my app didn’t show the “quick clean” option shown in the listing photos, but it did have a “turbo floor” mode instead. I used the standard full pool mode with the cross pattern floor setting. I charged it up first, and it’s easy to tell when it’s fully charged because the flashing green lights turn solid. The battery lasts about 2 hours.

Watching it was pretty cool because I’ve never had a pool vacuum that climbs walls before. After putting it in the water, within about a minute it made its way to the bottom and started cleaning. When it reaches the wall, it just climbs all the way up, bobs at the top a couple times, then backs back down and changes direction. Sometimes it crossed the whole pool and other times it turned a 90 degree angle, probably because of the cross pattern mode. It’s also extremely quiet. If you weren’t watching the pool, you wouldn’t even know it was running.

The only issue I had was near the end of the cycle. At one point it was pointing into the ladder with water blowing out the back, and I wasn’t sure if that was the self parking feature or if it got confused by the ladder. I moved it away and it continued cleaning normally. I later found it stopped near the middle of the pool looking like the battery had died. The description mentions self parking near the wall when the battery is low, but mine didn’t seem to do that this time. Thankfully it includes a hook attachment that fits a standard pool pole, so pulling it out was easy.

Overall, I’m really happy with the quality and performance. Our pool was fairly dirty and it did a fantastic job. It’s so much easier than manual vacuuming, and now we can spend more time enjoying the pool instead of cleaning it.
