Re: 11.4 x 7.5 x 5.5 Electrical Box. I have WiFi cameras around my property. On the West side, I have 3 to capture (hopefully) wildlife entering or exiting. Prior to discovering these boxes, I just wrapped the 3 prong end of the extension cord in a gallon seal bag and taped the heck out of it so that water could not permeate into the area tripping the cameras off due to moisture (see photo). However, after discovering these boxes, I now have an organized DRY area for these electrical connections.
What I love most about these particular boxes is that the manufacturer hits you up with a plethora of accessories AND there are pre-drilled holes in one side of the box. The accessories include the black rubber pieces (the “rubber mats” and “cord rubber mats”). The rubber mats block off a hole not being used and the rubber cord mats block off most of a hole except for the area where your cord runs through it (see photo). MOST boxes don’t come with these accessories and you must tape (or something) the extra space up making for a sloppy end result. This manufacturer also includes mounting brackets and screws (although I found the screw exceptionally short, but screws are easy to replace).
Because my box was wider than my post, I installed a horizontal board first and then attached this box to that board. This particular camera area has a bird baffle that I mounted over it (to preclude rain from reaching the camera area) so for this particular set up I installed the box with the holes facing up vs. down (see photo). (I installed another box with the holes facing down in an area without a baffle protecting it).
This box is sturdy. Has a place for a small padlock if desired. Great quality.
So happy I found a manufacturer that provides accessories! That was THE biggest challenge in the past. Now i can start replacing all of my “baggies” with waterproof electrical boxes without worry of moisture, bugs or birds (yep – I had a pair of wrens circumvent the tape that I had covering unused holes in an accessory-less box that I used 2 years ago . . . And they built a nest before I knew it. It was a small area to bring up 5 babies, but it didn’t bother them. It did, however, make a mess in the box). Now they too will be blocked off by the “rubber mats” that are provided.
Purchased several of these boxes. One 5” larger to accommodate an outdoor surge protector strip. Very happy with that decision. These boxes will last forever. AND due to the sheer number of extra accessories provided, the rubber mats can be replaced in the future if necessary. More than once.

Note: 4 mounting brackets and screws are provided (I only used 2); more than twice the number of accessories are provided as shown in my last photo, I just didn’t have them all out of the bags.
