Really nice calipers. Consistent accuracy. Function is simple and easy to use and change measurement readings between inches and millimeters. I appreciate the weight of the caliper and the use of metal more than plastic. The movement is tight but smooth and the fine adjustment wheel is very smooth and comfortable. The caliper feels durable but having the included storage box will protect it while keeping it in storage. Additionally, the caliper is rechargeable and there is no concerns about having additional batteries on hand.

Great electronic caliper that won't break the bank

I have multiple manual ones, but wanted an electronic version. At this price point, most have an issue where they keep eating their batteries. I believe the problem is they never fully turn off, so are always drawing power. This one is USB rechargeable, so even if it does run down, I'll just recharge it.
The caliper is fairly accurate and very easy to read. Does all the different measurement types with a click of the button. Even does fractional inches, which is really cool. Well built, all metal except for the display box. The slide is fairly smooth with no binding. This goes on sale frequently, and is a great deal.

I am a retired machinist that remembers when Starrett was the only brand to trust for precision work. My needs are less stringent today but I like accuracy. I also needed millimeter measurements primarily. 40 years ago you could easily spend 100 dollars on a mechanical dial caliper, prone to grit and malfunction. This thing repeats to zero over and over and glides smoothly. The charge has lasted well over a month of daily moderate use and still going. I stand impressed.

I like the fact that its rechargeable, and I dont have to go looking for batteries when I need it most.Its na=ot as accurate as my Starret, but its close enough for what I need it for (-.003 at 12 inches, which is slightly out of range according to advertised tolerance). Its consistent, and thats good enough for me. I can do the math in my head if I need to. Ive had issues with roller slippage in other CCC calipers. Its anyones guess how long this one will last

Its thinner than the other calipers I have, so Ill have to be careful or Ill bend it. The box it came in was a half a heartbeat from garbage, so I made a new one.

The main reason I got the Hardell is because it displays fractions, and that alone makes this a win over everything else out there.

[Update] After 30 years with my cheapo 6" dial caliper, it flew off the workbench and broke into a bunch if worn out parts. Before the crash it still worked like an old buddy. Now comes time for replacement. I elected to go with the 6" Hardell rechargeable, because ive had good luck with the 12" reviewed above. The only difference was accuracy. The 6" was dead on when I verified it with 25, 50, 100, and 150mm calibration pins. That surprised the happy hooyas out of me. Looks like I'm gonna keep this one until I kill it.

I am using this set of digital vernier calipers to size sax pads.It is a very good product. It comes with a rechargeable li ion battery. The battery charges in 20 minutes. It comes with a usb to usbb c cable so you can charge from a laptp. I used the wall charger. The readings are accurate. I measured items that I new the technical specifications of already. If I have a problem with it I will add to the review.

This is a great digital caliper to add to the arsenal. I appreciate that it is USB rechargeable and therefore I don't need to have button cell batteries on-hand. The display is clear and large. I like how the fractional setting reduces the fraction to a minimum denominator ie it doesn't display 64/128, it displays 1/2".

For quickly switching between metric and standard as well as fractional standard this is awesome. I still do prefer a manual dial caliper for fractional standard for most things, that would be this model here : https://amzn.to/4nM10Ww However they both have an important role in my shop.
