    I would probably actually give this 4 and 1/2 or 4 and 3/4 stars because there were a couple very minor problems but otherwise, as an engineer, I am thoroughly impressed with the build quality of this lock. Installation was simple, directions were clear, and I have nothing but good things to say. It also looks great! Time will tell to see how long the batteries last.

    My only detractors from this five-star rating would be that the strike for the deadbolt did not fit the pre-cut recess on the door jamb. I had to use the strike from my old deadbolt so they may want to consider including a couple strikes to match the most common cutouts in various countries. This was a minor inconvenience, and given the value I've experienced otherwise, I would still buy it again.

    It would be nice if this integrated with Google home, but it doesn't. The listing identified that it didn't, so the listing is accurate and we knew that buying it. I consider that a suggested feature for this company in the future.

    One final thing I would say is that, in my experience, purchasing electronics from China on Amazon typically results in very poor documentation and instruction and user manuals can be clunky to read in the best cases and impossible to understand in the worst. These were very clear and I would consider this a benchmark for other companies.
