Well appointed DT refill kit

Well appointed DT refill kit
This is a very decent set of 2-pin DT connectors. Comes with everything you need… lacking blank hole fillers, but you really wouldn't need those on a 2-pin connector. I love the case that keeps everything separated. Plugs are very nicely molded with no flashing or other mold defects. Plug halves mate very nicely and feel good. Pins aren't my favorite, being stamped, but the female pin does have a seamless outer sleeve. Pin mating felt pretty solid, so I would trust them to carry current, but I'd just forego them altogether and use machined pins from elsewhere. The documentation/instruction paper is really handy, especially since it has all the specs you'd need right there. The tweezers are actually a very nice touch, because they make getting the green filler/locator for the male pins inserted super easy. I would recommend this kit if you're in need of a refill.

    I used these to rebuild my 91 MR2 door wire harness. The connectors on my door wire harness were brittle and several tabs broke so I found these and they worked perfect when I rebuilt the wire harness. They are water proof and super easy to pin up. I highly recommend this kit, especially for car wiring.

    These are really good. Awesome kit, but it may take you a couple times putting one together before you get the hang of it. Unless you are already skilled at doing. Ensure to follow the step by step instructions which are provided in the kit, slowly, and you will craft quality connectors. As for how these hold up to elements/exposure, still to be determined. Which is why I give 4:5. Once I determine how they hold up, will come back and update my review.
