This charger is exactly what i was looking for to keep in my car to charge at work. It’s lightweight, functions as intended, seems like decent build quality, and charges faster than my stock charger. I would typically get 1.3 kw with the original Polestar charger that my car came with, but this one will get up to 1.8 kw. That’s a 40% increase which is a big help. Very happy so far.

    I recently purchased a 2022 Kia Niro EV and love the car. However, I was not happy with waiting 24 hours to charge it to 80%. I have a 240 v Nema 6-20 in my garage. It is costly to convert to the latest socket but then I found thewhich fits my plug. I called Kia and they said it was safe to use. I was amazed how much faster this charger works. It’s simple to use and my car told me the battery would be charged in 8hr 30 min. It was accurate and took 1/3 of the time. Product comes with a 1 year warranty and if you register it they extend rep that another 6 months. It also comes with a 110 adapter which I may need to use when 220 v is not available. After charging the charger was not over heated. It is also reasonably priced

    I was slightly skeptical at first, but this charging cable is quite excellent. It's a very heavy duty gauge wire, and the plastic housing is thick and strong – definitely not cheap, so this won't crack under normal use. The LED lights are easy to understand and very bright in daylight. Not sure why other reviewers are mentioning slow charging, heating, not safe for outdoors, errors, etc. We don't see any of those issues at all – nothing wrong at all. Definitely recommended!

    Il présente plusieurs qualités intéressantes pour une recharge à domicile :
    – Un cordon de 5 mètres qui permet de brancher n'importe quelle voiture et quelle que soit la position de la prise murale.
    – Un écran numérique qui donne des infirmations importantes : voltage en entrée et en sortie, température du chargeur, ampérage de charge, puissance de sortie (en Kwh), durée de la charge, nombre de KWh chargés…
    – Il permet de choisir la puissance de charge (de 6 à 16 ampères) et teste la qualité de la connexion électrique. Dans mon cas, il m'a indiqué un problème de terre et a réduit la puissance de charge à 13 ampères au lieu de 16.
    – Possibilité de programmer un délai de démarrage et une durée maximum de charge.
    La qualité de fabrication semble bonne.
    Un seul petit regret : j'aurais apprécié une housse textile pour protéger le chargeur et son câble dans le trunk de ma voiture ! Ce serait bien pratique en cas d'utilisation de ce câble en extérieur, surtout en cas de pluie…
