I’m really impressed with this WGGE wire stripper. It feels sturdy and precise right out of the box, the cutting edges are sharp, the stripping holes are perfectly sized, and the grip has just the right amount of resistance.
The handle design is one of my favorite features: it’s slightly contoured and rubberized, so it doesn’t slip even after long use. The red-and-black finish gives it a clean, professional look. I’ve used it for multiple gauges (10–22 AWG) and it stripped the insulation smoothly every time without nicking the wire.
It also doubles nicely as a crimper and screw cutter, everything’s clearly labeled, and the screw-cutting section works well without chewing up the threads. It’s a small thing, but the labeling and color-coded crimp dots make a real difference when you’re switching between wire types.
For the price, this tool really over-delivers. It’s the kind of reliable, versatile piece that makes wiring jobs faster and cleaner. Highly recommend for both home projects and anyone who wants a dependable backup for professional work.
