This is a standalone, one-time purchase — no recurring fees or subscriptions. Your license key will be delivered within 12 hours of purchase. Please note: QB has never officially offered a “lifetime” license. However, since these licenses come from remaining third-party retail stock, they do not require annual renewal and function without a subscription.

The Payroll Subscription Add-on is not available with this version. Bank Feeds must be manually imported. Direct migration from QBO to QBDT has been discontinued, so any data transfers must be done manually.
These licenses come from a third-party retailer’s remaining digital download stock. Since QB ended retail partnerships for QBDT 2024 in July 2024, these licenses can no longer be validated or registered directly with QB, as they no longer have access to the original license data. This information was confirmed by a QB Customer Care representative. As a result, QB will not be able to verify or register these third-party license codes.

The “FORGOT PASSWORD” link does not work due to no QB support. So PLEASE write your PASSWORD down if you create one for your company file. If you dont have one then create one right after restoring your company data file into the 2024 version. This software will eventually require you to have one. If you dont you could get locked out with no way to get back in.
How to Install & Activate QB Desktop Enterprise 2024 Instruction document will be provided in Amazon messages and a letter with License Number and Product Number will be mailed to you.
