The ILC BR30 LED Flood Light Bulbs offer a plethora of illumination.   Each bulb can be customized separately or in a group.  The remote had to be pointed at the bulb to activate the led options. I even changed the color of the bulbs from inside the house through the window.   The bulbs have color and white modes.  There are 5 different white modes: ww, sw, w, dw, and cw.  This is a great feature when you can't decide what shade of white to get. There are 9 different color modes, red, green, blue, orange, blueish green, light blue, yellow, pink, and purple.    Then it doesnt stop there, There is are 3 different multi color modes. The romantic mode changes gradually from pink to purple.  The smooth mode cycles through all the colors slowly.  The strobe mode cycles through all the colors quickly, but it is not fast enough to cause an actual strobing effect. There is more!  The bulbs have their own dimming capability. There is 5 easy click buttons of 0.5, 10, 30, 50, and 100 percent or you can fine tune them using an up and down button.  Still the adjustments continue.  There is a built in timer off option. Where you can turn the bulbs off without using the light switch. To start the timer off you push the button once for one minute then right after you click it again for 2 minutes click it again for 3 minutes, etc. It does not say what the maximum time limit is.  The bulbs do not work with dimmer switches.  The bulbs can be used outdoors (as long as the metal head is protected from getting wet) and that is where I put them. I put them on the back porch.   The remote measures 4.6875" x 1.875" x 0.25". The bulb has to cool down to room temperature before removing it.  There are so so many options to these bulbs my lighting will never be boring again!  It is also an easy way to decorate for the holidays.  The colored ILC bulb pics are at 0.5% dimmed, 50% dimmed and 100%.

    I LOVE THESE LIGHTS!!!! You wouldn’t believe the different light options Ive tried to be able to change colors and have dimmable options. We’ve spent hundreds! Apps wouldn’t communicate, lights wouldn’t turn on. Well, I’ve found the easiest option for our can lights and can’t wait to illuminate purple lights for Halloween!!!! Seriously, you can have all the options of soft white, bright white and every color in between. You can still use a switch to turn them on and they’ll stay the color you choose. The remote just allows you to change colors, brightness and modes. But if you just want to stick with what color you picked out, just use the switch on the wall. So easy, no programming.

    So far I've installed 2 of the 6 bulbs. They work as they should. My only fault with these, is you have to be within about 5 feet from the bulbs for the remote to work. Otherwise they perform well.

    Love them! I like that you can adjust the level of brightness. It's also fun to have them change colors on their own. They fit perfectly in my 5 inch ceiling cans. They're definitely an upgrade to my room and a nice way to make it peaceful. I like watching TV with these on in the background. I love that they can become super dim, too. That's what I was hoping for. I have a dimmer switch. They don't work with a dimmer switch, but as long as you use the remote to adjust the level of brightness, you can dim them!
