I really want to like it but the mouse keeps going on and off and the “z” key sticks so badly. Some of the other keys you have to press twice to get them to work. It’s truly ergonomic and the mouse feels good in your hand and the keys are in a comfortable spot but the functionality is not there

    Update: the seller reached out and provided a new keyboard. I’m still having issues with the double typing or having to hit the keys harder for the number keys. I’m not sure if it’s the keyboard or my cad system at work. The customer service has been excellent that is why I am changing to 5 stars. I just wish I could have used the keyboard!

    This is a good layout for the keyboard however it double keys or it doesn’t register your key strokes causing you to have to push the keys either harder or more and more. and of course started doing this after my return window!

    Keyboard always has a lag. Mouse is nice. Two months after I purchased the product the USB receiver went bad and now the mouse and keyboard can't connect to my laptop. If you want a nice ergonomic keyboard and mouse keep looking.

    The ergonomic design is quite comfortable with a very large cushioned surface.

    The tilt can be adjusted forward or backwards, although I found that the tilt forward is already a bit too generous and it can't be compensated with the levers.

    Keys have some noise to them, pretty soft but noticeable.

    Responsiveness is good, but sometimes you get double press as the depression length is rather long. So, you have to press the key in at a specific angle to get the perfect keystrokes. Something I find a bit out of place on an ergonomic keyboard.

    The mouse, however, is very, very quiet. Barely any clicking noise.

    The wheel is smooth and pleasant, and the whole mouse is quite light and easy to navigate.

    The mouse is definitely the better deal out of the two items.

    Furthermore, you will need two AAA batteries for the keyboard and one AA battery for the mouse. None are provided, and there are no internal batteries.

    Overall, at this price, this is all worth it.
