Can not connect Find My APP?

1: Make sure the iPhone network is working properly and Bluetooth is turned on, and your IOS device version is higher than IOS 14.5.

2: Reset the tag: Quickly press the button 4 times, until tone for factory reset and re-pair in Find My app.

Why can’t I charge the tracker card?

Place make sure the wireless charging symbol side on the charger, tracker card power symbol side up. And align the wireless charging icon on the card with the center of the charger’s coil. A green light will appear when the card is charging.

How to confirm if the item finder has power?

After connecting the item finder to the Find My APP, click to enter the device homepage, and the remaining power will be displayed below the device name.

Is FVJ smart tag certified by Apple?
