Provides power option when viewing with your glasses.

5 out of 5 stars

Provides power option when viewing with your glasses.
I think this should have been included with my RayNeo glasses, but they are trying to provide them at the lowest cost. I figure that when I really want to watch a movie with them, that would be the time my phone battery would be low. This adapter doesn't do much. It simply provides a port to add power while you watch your video. I like how it fits in my original case. Metal construction, seems pretty durable. Gives passthrough power for charging while using your glasses. Works with multiple devices on the USB c out side. I haven't tried anything but the glasses on the glasses side. Since so many devices now have USB c video out and USB c power in requirements, this is handy to have.

Great accessory because you can charge your handheld gaming device while wearing your augmented reality glasses. I have a Rokid Max AR glass, which I connect to my MSI Claw 8 AI+ handheld gaming system (MSI Claw 8 AI+). As you can see in the picture, you connect the Glasses Charging Adapter to the USB-C port of your device, and then the AR glasses themselves to the adapter. That's it! It just works. Couldn't be easier. Be sure you connect to the glass port and not the power port. The USB-C power port allows you to charge while you play. If you have AR glasses, this is a must device. You can plug this into any USB-C port that support displays, not just handheld devices. Highly Recommended

I don't have an AR glass but I got this for another project. I was going to use this as a dual charger. So this is what I found.

The power port charge my phone and tablet just fine. The description said it can handle power up to 100W. However I do not find that to be the case. My charger is 90W but when I plug it into my phone it can only do quick charge and not 90w charge.

The AR glasses port's LED lights up when I plug my phone in. However it doesn't have power output and it doesn't charge my phone. I guess this is really just a one way data transfer port.

Overall, I think if you have an AR glasses for gaming this might work for you. However if you are like me and want to use this as a dual charger then you should look for something else.

So if you want to use the video output of one USB-C device AND also be able to charge it, then this adapter is for you. For example, my Pixel can send video through its USB-C port and I can send that output to a bigger monitor/TV, but my phone will not be charged. By inserting this device into the video chain and connecting a USB-C charger to the adapter, the phone can be charged. It's not very often that I need to do this (I tend to "cast" the video wirelessly and charge my phone via USB-C, but this is a good backup for those rare occasions. It's well made, lightweight, and very portable.

This is a handy gadget that allows the video pass through and charging as well.

It's simple to use. Make sure you plug your devices into the correct port. They are labeled clearly.

I found it to be compatible with a few different devices including the iPad, meta glasses and a set of VR glasses.
