I’m sure there’s a way that would also track sleep and things and you can probably even link them to items like Apple health or possibly even you’re my chart account with your doctors office. The value for the money is very good. They are currently comparing my sleep study to it to see how accurate it actually is so we’ll probably update it a later date. It looks nice it’s stylish.
