multiple malfunction Annoying notifications.
After installing this alarm easy set up but after weeks the alarm will go off Randomly and power restored even though the plug in outlet. When on vacation the alarm will go off check my cam vids no breaks in the house, set off n on alarm them the alarm will go offline can’t even have access in my apps CAN NOT rely on this alarm I rely on my vids cam. Anyway when I’m ready to return back after my vacation it was passed my return dates and contact the asurion insurance my claims was rejected for defective item tried contact the seller no response and contact the Amazon customer service to contact the seller it directly back to Amazon customer service and can’t even help me. I will try again to have my money back. Waste of time energy frustration

    Battery on wall unit is bad.

    The battery in the wall unit control is horrible. You basically have to keep it plugged in at all times. I left my house for an hour and 1/3 of the battery is drained on the wall unit.

    I had a car accident recently and couldn't afford the previous alarm company.

    I bought this because I was looking to still have a level of protection on my home.

    This helps me have a piece of mind and total control on when to call the authorities. Unlike previous company that would dispatch authorities if I was not able to get back to them by text or phone within 2 minutes.

    But the reason I write this today is because last week the Internet company went down and I was able to switch this to my mobile data until the Internet was restored! TOTAL CONTROL! I loved that part the most!

    Muy buena alarma, fácil de configurar yo la tengo con Wifi, sin tarjeta, de notificaciones al móvil el sensor de puerta perfecto y el sensor de movimiento funciona muy bien. La sirena es muy potente. Los mandos funcionan muy bien, solo tienes que darles de alta y perfecto y los rf tambien deles de alta y a funcionar. Puedes programar el tiempo en reposo tanto para sali como para entrar. Todo perfecto la recomiendo cien por cien. Viene con un manual en Español. Tube que hacer una consulta al vendedor y en menos de 24 oras tenía la repuesta. Genial en todo.
