Ordered on August 13, 2020, worked well to get me through the COVID work at home duration and a bit more but started to fail over the last two years. The laptop I use, a Lenovo ThinkBook 14 G2 ITL, started displaying a flashing light next to the power delivery port and the laptop wouldn't start until I moved the USB-C connector (from the QGeeM USB C Hub) to the non-PD USB-C port on the laptop. This wouldn't happen every time, maybe 20% of when I used the USB C Hub. Last week it stopped working altogether. I checked and confirmed it was the hub as I tried different power adapters, cables etc. but it was just dead. Everything worked if I bypassed the hub and plugged the external monitor and other peripherals directly to the laptop. I can only conclude that it was consuming too much power itself and failing to pass through enough power to the laptop pass-through connection and finally failed.
I replaced it with an Acer USB hub with similar specifications and everything is working fine now.
Conclusion: It worked well for a while and then started drawing too much power to run itself, reducing pass-through power to laptop and finally failed.
