Fantastic!!
So first we purchased another robot vacum from Costco but once homes seeing the instructions 🤔 sow that it was hardly smart at all. Plus could only do one thing at a time. So we returned it. 🥳 So happy to now of found this 🤖 robot vacuum!!
It's smart enough to tell the difference between a carpet to vacuum and floor to mop when in auto mode. Super helpful for we have a large or small rugs in almost all the rooms. So it mops the hard floors and vacuum the carpet while working the same room. Changing while still going in a stright line. I've checked and do not find the carpet wet. Perhaps smugged as it changes from one to the other but isn't noticeable. It's perfect! I do not even need to increse the vacuum suction. Does a better job than our normal vacuum because it doesn't get the bathroom carpet rugs stuck as sucks.
It's super persistent that it hasn't gotten stuck not once! Surprised it didn't get stuck when not realizing it had gone under a short bed. 😅 It got itself out noticing the section where it could squeeze though persisting. The 1st time we used it we were impressed how tough it worked! For a moment it made a noise only to later see it spit out a hair clip while cleaning. Than after it was done we check it and found another clip inside and didn't affect it's cleaning process! We are more careful now about that. We have a big home (2 bathrooms, 3 bed rooms, 2 hallways, dining room, kitchen, tv room, living room) . But able to finish all those entire sections of the home and still have battery left when done. Without having to refill the water for the mopping. You sure can notice the difference once it's done, how it shines.
It's as simple as just plugging it in and turning it on and letting it vacuum the whole house. Should be that simple. Hardly noisy. Our dogs🐶🐶 and us all we could do was stare at it as it worked 😅 but not scared of it. Sure am happy we got it and would recommend it anyone. It figures things out as it goes even when different from the past time. Glad for the price. Glad for the brushes to clean the fur off the dogs. One dog likes it and another dog hates it (yet he always disliked to get groomed).
Wonderful to see there the mop has gone and is going while looking at the map on the app while we are someone where else at home. App is great. I tell it where to go and how. With so many features that it's worth checking this device out.
Really look forward to this lasting a long time.

The Teendow comes with a plethora of accessories, primarily for a dog or cat. This is one reason why I chose this product. While the hair trimmer won’t be used, I know the brushes that come with it will be. We unpacked the robot vacuum cleaner and began to figure out the different parts that came with it. It states it comes with a Quick start guide. Ours did not. The instructions in the manual were good though. So here are pros and cons of the unit. Keep in mind we’ve only had this for 24 hours so I’ll come back with an update in later months.
Pros:
*Easy to assemble.
*Overall appearance is nice. The tank of the robot vacuum cleaner comes off and on easily and is a seamless part of the overall product.
*setting up the app on the phone went surpassingly well. This was one robot vacuum cleaner I wasn’t pulling my hair out in frustration because it wouldn’t connect to the app.
*app is easy to understand and use. It does come with a flyer specifically just for the app.
*the vacuum cleaner mapped the house in under 10 minutes. There are two rooms we shut the doors to as we didn’t want it vacuuming those rooms. Subtracting the square footage of those two rooms brings it to mapping up to 2100 square feet in that time frame. Nice compared to my other robot vacuum cleaner!
* it automatically set up the zones according to each room it mapped. For me that is a game changer. To this day I’m still unable to figure out how to do this with my other robot vacuum cleaner.
* it runs relatively quiet. You can adjust the suction of the vacuum cleaner so it’s not as loud.
*this robot vacuum cleaner sucks up the dog hair like it’s nobody’s business. I can’t wait to use the attachments on our dog and see if it’s just as good at removing the ever present loose hair still on him!
*there are various settings on the app that allow you to change up the factory set settings. This robot vacuum cleaner has more options than most.
*battery life is great. But as I said, only time will tell how great the battery actually is.
Cons:
*when it empties out into the tank, it is LOUD!
*it’s already gone offline after having it for only 24 hours. The Troubleshooting manual doesn’t specifically address that issue. Shutting it off and turning it back on seemed to handle that issue for us.
*it would be nice if there were other color options. White is nice but it is something else I’ll have to keep up with as far as keeping it clean. It’s in the dining room so it’s very visible, especially with the orange trim.
This is a quick review. Overall we’re pleased with it, but as I stated above, only use and time will let us know how good this product is. I’m hoping that this isn’t another no-name brand that will ultimately disappoint us.

There are two issues I’d like to address concerning the robot vacuum cleaner. One, it continually goes offline. I mean almost every single day. I’d say it was our internet, yet it’s the only item that has this issue. Our other robot vacuum cleaner stays online and so does our other Bluetooth devices. I did address that with the first part of my review and it has turned into an issue. It’s not a big hassle to fix, but when all you want to do is hit the button and have it do its magic the last thing you want to do is mess with getting it back online for the umpteenth time! Secondly we used the hose and the attachments for the dog hair. While a great concept, it doesn’t work as well as I had hoped. The one good thing about it are the brush heads. They do help with combing the excess hair off your dog, but as far as the suction goes, it’s not overly impressive. We checked the dust bag to confirm it wasn’t full and stopping the suction from working. It wasn’t full. Still, overall, I’m very happy with it because of what it does do and that’s vacuuming up dirt and dog hair!
