Lasts for days!
I’m on a weight loss journey and for me it is important to be able to accurately track my steps and my sleep while making sure my heart rate isn’t going to an astronomical high. This watch is so accurate that it blew me away! The first night I wore it to bed it showed that I slept for 7 and a half hours while away for an hour and a half with accurate times! I also checked my heart rate with the watch and with my fingers and it was accurate! I’m absolutely amazed by this watch and I plan on buy one for my best friend who was looking into a similar watch! Oh and the charging, it was so quick! I noticed when I plugged it in and checked 3 hours later it was fully charged! I charged it while sitting and doing my school work and was surprised at the speed of charging and this was when I got it. I have been wearing it nonstop for 5 days and it still has almost a full battery! I love this watch so much.

    I wanted a stand alone fitness device that I didn't need an app for or to pair to my phone so I picked this one. The design is great. It fit my small wrist and looked great. It was easy to read. Step tracking seemed really close to my phone's. But BP was way off. HR was inconsistent. Plus it took 30-60 seconds to pull a heart rate. HR can change a lot in that length of time.

Love how there was a wide variety of watch faces and I could even customise my own as shown in second photo all done through the keep health app. Love the colour, also love how if I wanted to I can take the straps off to clean or to switch them out for another set. Was easy to set up on the keep health app didn’t take long at all probably around 5 minutes. The watch is very easy to charge and the battery life if amazing especially as I’m constantly checking the time. You can also save the battery life by switching on power reserve.

    Downside would be that the battery drains very fast if you put it on to track a workout. Also, when the battery is low it only alerts you once & it doesn’t vibrate when it turns off so you don’t really know it has died until you try to use it.
