I charged it in the afternoon sun but it didn’t seem to do much to recharge the battery after 3 hours it was still on 1 bar of charge. I then set it up in the morning and after about 4 hours it had 3 lights and the fourth one was flashing. It's hard to know when it completed charging because the 4th light was blinking for an extended period and I was unable to complete the charge to 100% on solar power. The 5th light indicates use of solar.
I like the built-in stand which allows you to position the panels towards the light source. Built-in battery has a light that can be activated with a long press. The battery holds charge very well when not in use, and allows you to charge when the sun goes down. The 30W allows you to charge your newer phones and tablets.
The device is 10” x 7.75”x 1.75” folded and unfolds to 25.5” x 10.5 x 0.75”. It has a magnetic clasp that keeps it closed. Good product for outdoor use and when you have emergency need for power. There are 2 USBA out port and 1 USBC In/Out port. The ports are covered.
