So I'll be honest right from the start: I'm an Edifier fanboy. They are an excellent audio brand providing quality sound at reasonable prices. I have 3 different speakers from them (R19U, R1280T, and MP85), and I've been wanting some headphones from them for a while now. I'm happy to say that these headphones more than live up to the lofty expectations I have for their products!
I was happy from the moment I pulled these headphones out of the packaging, they look fantastic! They would fit right in on a shelf with more premium brands like Sony and Bose. The ear cups are very plush and do a good job of blocking sound all on their own. The band is nice and big, which surprised me I have a bigger head and I'm used to having to stretch the bands all the way out to wear them comfortably, but these one's I only had to do 3 "clicks" on each side. They are very comfortable overall and I can easily see myself wearing them for hours on end. I also love that it has physical buttons, I can't stand touch controls on peripherals. Pairing the headphones was simple (with one caveat I will talk about later) and the active noise cancellation works really well.
I did have to do some tweaking in the Edifier ConneX app to get the EQ to where I wanted (I don't like fiddling with the EQ too much so I settled on the Dynamic preset). I really like that you are able to customize the multi-function button for ANC controls. The multipoint connection setting is interesting. I don't know of any situation where I'd want my headphones to be connected to two devices at the same time, but I guess it will be nice to have it in case I do!
Now, there is one minor pain point with configuration in the app: When changing the "HD Audio Codec" settings to use the 96kHz sampling rate, I had to re-pair the headphones before they would connect again. I'm not sure if this is the fault of the headphones or my phone, so I'm not taking points away for this, I just wanted to point that out if anyone else gets confused why the headphones stop working after changing that setting.
As for the sound quality, it is exactly what I expect from Edifier products. I will say I'm not an audiophile, so I'm sure there are some more subtle qualities that I am missing, but to me they sound great for the price. Like others have said, the sound stage is a little flat, but it still sounds very good overall. These are definitely not going to be the best headphones in the world, but there are plenty good for casual listening.
All in all, I'm extremely pleased with these headphones. They are just more proof that Edifier is one of the best budget audio brands around.

I have a large head. These headphones do the clamp thing. It hasn't given me a headache yet but I feel like it would if I wore them all day. My go-to headphones are the Astro A40's, they don't do the clamp thing at all. I have worn them all day without discomfort, so I know it can be done.
The ANC feature works well and is just a button press from turning on and off.
The sound is decent, the bass gets fairly deep. My gripes are that the bass could be deeper and a bit louder and I would be fully satisfied, but this is also a gripe I have with the Astro A40's. The other gripe is there is a peak in the upper mids that doesn't bother me with music, but I noticed was very evident when listening to podcasts.
There is an app you can download that is called Edifier Connect. The app is very responsive and didn't crash when using it. However, the main thing I wanted to use it for was the custom EQ. I find that the EQ is very limited in terms of what you can do with actually changing the sound.
The spatial EQ I didn't find did anything important to making it actually sound more spatial, if anything it made it sound thinner and more diffuse, but I don't get a larger sense of soundstage. The music EQ is much more preferable.
The build quality feels good. I like that it can fold up for travel. My main contention is comfort (clamp feeling). If you have a normal size dome this will probably be great for you.

Der Edifier W820NB Plus Gen 2 kabelloser Over-Ear-Kopfhörer, wurde mit komplett geladenem Akku geliefert.
Beim erstmaligen Einschalten über den Powerbutton ging der Kopfhörer direkt in den Bluetooth-Kopplungsmodus.
Das Gerät wurde vom Huawei P30, Samsung-TVs und PC direkt gefunden. Die Kopplung war einfach und problemlos.
Für das Smartphone gibt es eine App, um Funktionen wie Bass, Noise Reduktion usw. zu steuern.
Es gibt sogar eine Funktion, um das Gerät zu orten, in der App.
Es ertönt ein sehr lauter Pfeifton. Man sollte zum Testen der Funktion den Kopfhörer abnehmen.
Wenn das Headset mit dem Smartphone verbunden ist und der Powerbutton kurz gedrückt wird, kann man über den auf dem Telefon installierten Sprachassistenten den Namen des Anrufenden sprechen. Danach wird noch kurz gefragt, mobil oder privat (je nachdem, wie viele Nummern für den Kontakt hinterlegt sind).
Die Verständlichkeit ist sehr gut. Die Noise-Cancelling-Funktion arbeitet einwandfrei und kann über die App in der Intensität geregelt werden. Die Ohrmuscheln dämpfen von sich aus, die Außengeräusche schon enorm.
Sobald sich der Kopfhörer connected hat, werden die Umgebungsgeräusche fast komplett weggefiltert. Das allein ist schon ein Genuss.
Der Tragekomfort ist gut. Die Muscheln sind schön weich. Beim Tragen werden die Muscheln im Kontaktbereich der Haut etwas klamm. Aber nicht sehr.
Beim Abspielen von Musik ertönt ein satter Bass.
Im Einfamilienhaus hatte ich bei der Übertragung des Fernsehtons keinerlei Aussetzer.
Die Menüsprache beim Drücken einer Taste ist leider nur in englischer Sprache möglich.
Die Sprachqualität der Anrufenden ist gut.
Angeblich ist die Verständigung zum Anrufenden auch gut.
Die bebilderte Anleitung ist zwar auch in deutscher Sprache gehalten, aber etwas nervig zu lesen, da jeder einzelne Punkt zugleich in allen Sprachen gelistet wird.
Und für die erste Inbetriebnahme ist die Anleitung schon erforderlich.
Über die EDIFIER-App kann man dann noch einige Settings wie Bass oder Noise Cancelling machen.
Nicht beschrieben (oder ich habe es übersehen) ist die Funktion der Bluetooth-Taste.
Wenn diese im Betrieb gedrückt wird, wechselt das Headset zwischen Noise Cancelling und hörbaren Umgebungsgeräuschen.
Das ist im Haus oder beim Fernsehen manchmal ganz nützlich, wenn man sieht, dass man angesprochen wird.
Ansonsten hört man nämlich bei stark justiertem Noisecancelling fast nichts mehr um sich herum.
Über das mitgelieferte USB-C-Kabel wird das Headset geladen oder für Audio mit einem Wiedergabegerät verbunden.
Am PC wollte ich einmal Musik hören, war aber im reinen Telefonmodus. Da hörte sich die Musik echt bescheiden an.
Nach der Auswahl der Verbindung für Medien hatte ich aber wieder die sehr gute Wiedergabequalität mit einem satten Bass.
Manchmal ist es ja besser, eine Kabelverbindung zu besitzen. Besonders wenn der Akku am Ende ist.
Ich betreibe das Headset nun seit 4 Wochen und der Akku liegt bei 68 Prozent.
Das hätte ich nicht erwartet.
Sehr schön ist auch die Funktion, die Muscheln einzuklappen. Dann leigt das Headset nicht so klobig herum.
Alles in Allem bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Headset.

Al sacar de la caja estos auriculares te pueden decepcionar un poco por la apariencia, con bastante plástico en los materiales, pero a la vez explica por qué resultan tan ligeros y cómodos incluso en verano. Se ajustan de forma correcta a la oreja, cubriéndola por completo. No aprietan, y son plegables, lo que facilita guardarlos y transportarlos. Tanto la almohadilla superior como las de las orejas son muy flexibles y suaves.
La calidad de sonido es muy buena y se beneficia aún más al activar el modo LDAC (códec de audio de alta definición) desde la app Edifier Connex. Aunque tu móvil debe ser compatible con LDAC para aprovecharlo. Sin este modo también se escuchan bien, con un perfil equilibrado y agradable, pero con LDAC no le noto diferencia respecto a la conexión por cable.
La cancelación activa de ruido es excelente, muy cercana a la de modelos de gama superior. Aísla de forma muy eficaz en entornos como transporte público, sonidos fuertes de ventiladores, turbinas de avión, personas hablando y la gran mayoría de sonidos. Las llamadas son claras, y la voz llega a la otra persona con el ruido filtrado también de forma excelente. Incluso sin audio alguno el aislamiento es muy bueno. Para ello lleva varios micrófonos integrados (por cierto, uno está debajo del puerto USB-C), que sirven no solo para captar tu voz en llamadas, sino también para el sistema de cancelación de ruido. Úsalos con cuidado si vas cruzando calles porque no escucharás el tráfico (pon el modo "ambiente" para evitar esto).
La conexión bluetooth es estable y no se corta incluso con paredes de por medio y puertas cerradas.
La batería es otro punto fuerte: hasta 88 horas de reproducción según el fabricante, lo que reduce la necesidad de recargas frecuentes. Con LDAC activado dura menos, pero más que suficiente para estar todo el día con ellos y no faltarte batería.
Estos auriculares no tienen entrada de 3,5 mm sino puerto USB-C (el mismo que se usa para la carga), por lo que, para la conexión por cable, necesitas conectarlo al PC o móvil con el cable que incluye (u otro, pero que sea USB-C y no con la típica clavija de 3,5 mm). Hubiera estado bien que en el paquete incluyeran un adaptador de USB-A a USB-C u otro cable con dos puertos USB-C, ya que si quieres conectarlo al móvil por cable lo necesitarás.
En cuanto al diseño, aunque me quedan bien, me habría gustado algo más de recorrido máximo en la diadema, aparte de una apariencia algo más pulida. Los botones están bien, en el lado derecho, pero preferiría más separación entre ellos.
Admiten conexión de doble dispositivo. La latencia es inapreciable, tanto en vídeo como en juegos.
Con la aplicación Edifier Connex, disponible en Google Play mediante el código QR del manual, puedes usar el ecualizador, activar LDAC y personalizar varios ajustes. La app también la tienes en la Apple Store, pero ten en cuenta que Apple no usa el códec LDAC, por lo que no te beneficiarás de ese modo de mayor calidad de audio en bluetooth.
Me han parecido unos auriculares discretos en apariencia, muy cómodos, con cancelación de ruido de gran nivel, sonido bluetooth de gran calidad y funciones avanzadas que normalmente solo se ven en gamas y precios más altos.
Un excellent casque d'écoute avec une redoutable réduction de bruit active.
